Jared, would you recommend jacking up on the oil pan with a wood block if I don't have that style of jack to jack up on the transmission? Also BTW that mount is GONE. Wow I've never seen one that bad
Do 2009 B8s have this part? I’m getting drivetrain vibration even after replacing motor mounts with Lemforders & trans mount. Vibration intensity decreased a bit after motor mounts job but basically did nothing to change the vibrations after trans mount job. It’s funny cause I once replaced these same parts on a Mercedes and ALL the drivetrain vibration were gone, it was like driving a new 2004 C Class in 2015! What else could cause drivetrain vibration? Diff bushings?
Can you make a video on removing false firewall on the 2.0t? My B8 is leaking oil from the vacuum pump for accidentally stripping the lower bolt hole and now I need to remove firewall to get my driller in there and add a helicoil .
Jared, is the S-line fenders different on the A5 (09-17), from the regular fenders? I know the bumper cover is different, but I can't get an answer on the fenders.
Yeah them 8s stripped on me had to order some new ones from Audi and a pain to get out be very careful with them there probably the hardest part of the job if they strip
Hello, I have a question, I changed the engine mounts, but now the car's engine vibrates more. When I turn it on it vibrates but when I put it on drive it vibrates more.
How far away are you from Elgin IL, chicago suburb. Im about to get laid off from work "bridge Construction". I want to bring my camera gear and record some footage and edit for you!!! no Charge!!!! Ill even pay for you to work on my car. The suspension is creaking really bad, I have many parts but I don't know what it is.
I have a flat tire and can't get it off because I have a seized wheel lock bolt with spinning sleeve plus the key broke help!! I don't like in a country with an Audi dealer
@@flocksbyknight The locks came with car and kinda look like OEM but they seem to also look like farad starlock locking bolts which were designed to fight against all of that.:(

Use epoxy hash , or 2 components glue for the pipe make sure you also fix the mount for the radiator or else it will be fucked again in a short time.

Why does the motor mount have an electrical connection?
For start and stop i believe

Hammer on a smaller socket that will bite on what you have.
Or get out a chisel and work it around.
