2012 Chevy Tahoe Oil Pump Replacement

In this video we are replacing a oil pump on a 2012 Tahoe. Customer reached out for us to come out to determine why his Tahoe wasn't getting oil pressure. The oil pressure gauge read zero and the car was beeping for him to shut it down immediately. Tune in to see how we replaced this oil pump.

thank you. that guy needs a new belt tensioner too, passenger side plastic is worn way down. apparently the old timing chain dampener that went in the middle of the chain absorbing the slap is way better and lasts 300,000+ miles. atleast what all the performance and old school mechanics have been saying.also you should put an amazon link to the harmonic balancer removal tool your using is and dedicate a short video to that for more views.

Can’t you just drop the oil pan instead of taking off all the pulleys ?

for the oil pump replacement? No everything i took off has to come off. Some people skip taking the oil pan off but i dont
