StratoLauncher IV Ultimate Assembly Instructions

This video provides easy step by step visual instructions for assembling and launching the StratoLauncher IV Ultimate water rocket kit. The kit includes a StratoLauncher IV Ultimate, StratoFins, tilting ball head, pressure gauge, alloy QRelease, and QConnect w/valve (tank sprayer not included). StratoLauncher IV Ultimate will propel a 2 liter plastic (PET) soda pop bottle over 350 ft. into the sky. It supports most .5L, 1L, 1.25L, 2L soda bottles @ air pressures as low as 15 PSI up to 120 PSI. The kit is fully upgradeable, expandable, and can be accessorized into a complete launching system for STEM.

The blue threadlocker referenced in the video is Loctite 242 Blue (removable) Threadlocker
We recommend a 2 gal. (8 liter) tank sprayer (see link below):
Any tank sprayer will work, but this style has some nice features like a wide footprint so it doesn’t fall over, a pressure relief valve, builds up good pressure, but it doesn’t take much to force the water into the bottle, only about 10 pumps. A 2 gal. tank will yield 30+ launches if you are using the right amount of water, meaning only 1 cup and only fill to the score mark on the center stainless steel tube. Adding more water does not increase the height, but rather the extra water swirls around inside the bottle before exiting thus causing the rocket to be out of balance and it veers off rather than flying straight.

My set didn't come with a pressure gauge so not sure what to do. It isn't listed in the inventory list so not sure how to assemble.

You forgot to mention about the knob under the pressure gauge. I installed everything and now it doesnt fit because the gauge is blocking the installation of it since thread lock is dried. Please update your video

The threadlocker is not permanent, but removeable so you can remove the pressure gauge with a wrench and can reassemble properly following the video instruction order. The pressure gauge does install first and is positioned at a 25 degree angle (see 1:31), which allows for the Schrader (I assume you are calling this a knob) to be installed underneath of the gauge.
