I am just getting started on the research for handmade everything. Starting a homestead or sorts I guess, no need to go into detail here. But soap making is on my list of things to make. So I have been watching many videos on it. Yours are some of the best ones out there.
Ariane, you are delight to listen and to watch. You are my hero and my inspiration (even though I have been doing this for 18 years). Keep doing what you do and thank you for sharing what you do. Vous bénissez, vous et votre famille.
Ariane, I was glad to see a new video that means you are feeling better. Thanks for the videos I plan to make my very first batch in the next few days. I could write a letter about my love of Quebec hope to be back there soon.
Thank you for sharing this. It is very helpful. And The sea breeze is what I love too. I love watching your videos. I have chronic pain and do not sleep at night so I watch you over and over.😀😀😀😀
That was truly a beautiful soap, and an interesting process. There are so much soul in the hand made soaps. It is truly a shame that most people only use liquid soap.
That is a gorgeous choice of color for this soap and it was extremely clever of you to add some bubbles to represent sea foam. This is one of my favorites you have made. Thank you. :)
lol I recognize that box of plastic film wrap you used at the end of this video. I make that at work, GFS is one of our costumers! Nice to see someone who actually uses a product I inspect nightly. I don't often see someone use something I make because we sell to other corporations.
I love your videos. I have learned a lot. I made my first batch of soap. and I just wanted to thank you for all your help... from one island girl to another Mahalo from Hawaii
Thank you for your detailed videos for melt and pour techniques. I admire your efficient work space and adept experience. Please continue making videos.
Encore un très joli savon. J'ai toujours eu cette idée de faire un savon de la mer mais je cherchais une recette de SAF transparent et ça paraît un peu complexe ! Avec du m&p, c'est plus facile et tout aussi sympa ! Merci
Thank you Ariane, your videos are always well done and easy to follow. I have only just started making M&P (usually make CP) but am having so much fun being creative. All the best with your birth. Girl from Aus
So glad i watched this video. I've been looking fora video to show how much Shea butter, coco butter, etc that i can add to the M&P. I'm looking to begin soaping and feel the easiest and safest way will be M&P.
I love your videos, keep doing them they are very inspiring... don't worry about ppl and their ridicule they mean nothing... you are doing a great job! Love the accent I must say and I'm definitely enjoying all of your videos! Congrats on your pregnancy... God bless you and your family! :)
You look so adorable pregnant!! Your videos are just so relaxing to watch I don't even make soap lol keep doing what you are doing and good luck with the baby on the way!!
Thank you for this! Your video is great as always, and I learned a good technique to do what I thought wasn't possible. I've had an interesting reaction when embellishing ( not blending) salt. I'm very excited to revisit it :)
congrats on the baby coming soon! love all your vids! this color is amazing, also never seen co added to M&P! always learn awesome techniques from you!
Way to go, another great soap making video, Ariane. I always love watching your Youtub channel. I am new to soap making, after watch your video this morning, inspired me to made my first batch CP soap this afternoon. As you mentioned in your video, you said: "Canada has different regulation on usage on fragrance oil and essential oil" Do you have the link about that ? I can read and learn about, please and thank you.
This video was perfect timing! I was wondering if I could use melt and pour and add my own stuff, like goats milk melt and pour and sea salt. Thank you Ariane! :)
Ariane Arsenault I was thinking of using melt and pour that was already made with goats milk and then adding sea salt to that, would that still work? I am new, but I only make it for myself, not to sell or anything.
Phyllis M Yes, you can buy goats milk based melt & pour. It usually contains very low amounts of goats milk and that is why I also add some powdered goats milk to it! :-)
Another beautiful soap ! I have a question about the salt. It looked like a powder rather than a fine grain, what kind of salt is it? Looks like your little one will arrive soon. Take care, and let us see a glimpse of that precious gift once it arrives and your ready to show us.
I don't know if you take requests, but I saw cold process beer soap on Pinterest and I'd love to see a video on that. Beer is supposed to be great for skin and hair.
When's the baby due Ariane! Do you know what your having? Congrats on the new addition! I love your videos. Thanks for sharing how you get your additives to suspend in your melt and pour! Bye for now, Lori
I have never seen powdered salt, and I see it provides the lovely milky color. Could regular sea salt (grains) be used, or would they melt into a brine?
Hi...beautiful soap. I wonder if there are different quality of melt & pour bases. The one that I bought... don't make a lot of foam. Can you tell me where I could get a good quality of melt & pour bases? OR if there is a technique to make it happen....thanks!
Hi Ariane, I am true beginner, which of your videos would you recommend for myself to make? I also would just like to make a small batch to start with, were would I be able to find the measurements please. Thank you so much, very much appreciated.
Ariane I am new to soaping and have watched soooo many videos. Yours are by far so outstanding! In most of the videos I've seen after the soapers get done with the soap making I am wondering what they do next. Do they cover in towels like some suggests or do you just leave it sit? This is always information that I am left wanting. The cp soaps I have made I have wrapped in towels for 24 hours. Is this necessary? Its the missing information that I can't seem to find.
I love how you've turned MP into such an interesting soap. I personally have been disappointed in MP. Know I know it's me and not the soap. How does adding salt to MP affect drawing moisture to it? Great video I'd love to see more MP ones.
Hi, how much is too much additives? Is it really 2 oz per 32 oz of melt and pour? I never made soap before. Would love to try a batch. Thank you :) and 👋 from not too far ☺️ !
How do keep your m&p so fluid for so long? I have trouble getting my melt and pour to stay liquid....Do you get your melt & pour base from Wholesale Supplies Plus?
Hello, I didn't see how much coconut oil you added. Was it exactly 80g? Because 80g would be 1%, but later on you add more 1% of essential oils. Should essential oils be included in this 1% rule or they are a separately thing? Thanks!
Please make a video of what your different kinds of soaps are like when used. I know you have bits and pieces with most batches. You could use those pieces to show how sudsy the soaps get. I am curious. I wonder how different types of soap suds up when actually used.
hi. I'm just starting in melt n pour and am wondering if they always leave a glycerin type smell on the skin and if not how do i stop this?. Love your videos btw.
Ariane, thanks for all that you share, I wanted to know... many suppliers have additives already included in their M&P base such as goats milk, honey, Aloe Vera or specifically included oils, but I see you always add them at the end. Obviously you have more variety this way but what is the benefit and result of adding them to a melted base, rather than during the base production itself? The specialty bases are always more expensive too but it's not much that's added the way you do it, it seems likely to be more economical, unless, could different oils greatly change the M&P bars behavior and properties as well when produced with them already added?
It's amazing the stuff I end up watching on youtube. For some reason I can watch you make soap all day. Soothing videos.

Love that blue color, how amazing. Wish I could get my soap like that.
Dean Wilson Your soaps are beautiful, stop being so harsh on yourself
Dean your soaps are the reason I started soaping in the first place.
Spencer Kenny yes!!!
Nice soap
Wow yes it looks so fresh.
Ariane, I was glad to see a new video that means you are feeling better. Thanks for the videos I plan to make my very first batch in the next few days. I could write a letter about my love of Quebec hope to be back there soon.

Thanks for posting. I didn't know you could add all of those additives and get them to suspend. Can't wait to see the cut.
Your baby bump is the most adorable thing ever!
Royalty Soaps Thanks Katy!
Royalty Soaps just to think you had a similar one not to long ago!! Yay!
I'm loving that my two favorite soap makers watch each other's videos!
D. O. Me too 🥰
I dont know why, but I never get tired of watching this MP video 💓💓💓
This is like the most relaxing video on the planet
That was truly a beautiful soap, and an interesting process. There are so much soul in the hand made soaps. It is truly a shame that most people only use liquid soap.
ZeaMoore4 Real liquid soap can also be handmade, it's just that most commercial brands are made out of detergents and foaming agents.
Ariane Arsenault greatt job
@@ArianeArsenault pls ma what did you put in the liquid soap that is harding pls Ripley me ma
That is a gorgeous choice of color for this soap and it was extremely clever of you to add some bubbles to represent sea foam. This is one of my favorites you have made. Thank you. :)
I just love your videos and all your soaps....thanks so much for sharing them with us all. I hope everything is going well with the new baby.

Thank you Ariane, your videos are always well done and easy to follow. I have only just started making M&P (usually make CP) but am having so much fun being creative. All the best with your birth. Girl from Aus
Great video. I've watched it a few times as a reference when making my own soaps.
So glad i watched this video. I've been looking fora video to show how much Shea butter, coco butter, etc that i can add to the M&P. I'm looking to begin soaping and feel the easiest and safest way will be M&P.

Terrific video! I've often wondered how you made your sea bar soap! Thank you for posting! (and you look great too!) :)
I rarely do melt and pour, but this video makes me want to try it out more! So fun to watch you work Ariane. :) ♥
Absolutely beautiful! Lovely to see you looking well. Keep up your wonderful work but do take care of yourself!
This made my day. I finally get the 1% rule for m&p. Now if I could be brave for cp soap. 😀
You have probably done it by now, but if you haven't, you can do it!
You are best teacher for me

This video was perfect timing! I was wondering if I could use melt and pour and add my own stuff, like goats milk melt and pour and sea salt. Thank you Ariane! :)
I wouldn't add fresh goats milk in MP, but I have used powder forms many time. I premix it in oil prior to blending with the MP
Ariane Arsenault I was thinking of using melt and pour that was already made with goats milk and then adding sea salt to that, would that still work? I am new, but I only make it for myself, not to sell or anything.

I will have to try that, thank you!
Thanks again for a pleasant video. I find great information in your videos and watch until the end. :D
I really like your setup!
I always get soap envy over your molds. haha The blue soap is super cute too, but not as cute as that baby bump. ;)
Another beautiful soap ! I have a question about the salt. It looked like a powder rather than a fine grain, what kind of salt is it? Looks like your little one will arrive soon. Take care, and let us see a glimpse of that precious gift once it arrives and your ready to show us.
Angela Perkins I grind my salt in a magic bullet! ;-)

Scenic City Bath & Body Every MP base is different, they all have different melting points. Just ask your supplier. :-)

The Freelancer yeah I notice the same.. so Im confuse now :/
Hi love the color of this soap. May i ask what brand of M& P you use?
So, the More Oil the less foamy the soap will be? Am I correct? Thanks♥️💚
Great soap :p also you have an adorable baby bump
Beautiful video Ariane! Which molds are you using? They look awesome. Thank you.
