I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been making soap for 2 months...this soap was the 1st soap I fellt proud of and the 1st soap that got a true "wow" feedback, it gave me confidence, before making this soap I was feeling not good enough.
Wonderful! Thats so awesome, I love hearing this from my subscribers :) Thank you xo
? Why don’t you apply scrapes on each layer before putting the glycerin?...
I don't know how I ended up here. I was reading how to plant and take care of lavender. Well, am glad I watched your video, it's a beautiful work. Big like.
S1#7
Superb.
Very well visualized and done.
I've just made my first loaf of this soap for Christmas presents, following your video step by step, and I'm over the moon with the result. It came out much greener (I'm using a different brand of colourant) but still looks awesome. Thanks for the inspiration and very clear instructions.
I agree with you. I think it's a misprint. I would say 2-3%
Gorgeous colors! Looks just like snorkeling in shallow water!
Thank you for sharing. I will try this soap. I love the colours. Very informative video.
Okay this is probably the best soap bars Ive ever seen! Incredible.
Thank you Dean for taking the time to make and share this video!
I just made this soap today... my absolute favourite....thank you so much for sharing
I only made them yesterday and I've sold them all already.....now trying to make them as quick as I can lol

Awesome soap Dean great design such a beautiful transparent look when put under light.
SO PRETTYYYYY I loved that darker colors are higher to the top, gives it more depth
Beautifully done! Love every aspect of how you created this.
Thanks so much :)
OMG WHAT BEAUTIFUL PROJECT !!!! thank you for sharing your wonderful work ! many blessings !
You are so welcome
I love how transparent it looked when you held it up to the light! Beautiful job.
I think it looks amazing. I like it as well as the soap fantasy one. I watched that one first, before I found your channel. Thanks for making your videos, I love to watch them.
Oh thanks . Whew!!! Can't miss out on this opportunity. Am always on the lookout for your tutorials. I'm about to start soaping after spending 2 years making candles for meditation.
Its amazing!!! Soap Fantasy's soaps are amazing but your tutorials are the best. Much easier to follow.
+Sharon Faulkner I forgot to put AU//

Hello from Oklahoma, USA! The colors here are phenomenal. A great mix, and texturing each layer really added to the final product. Outstanding job!
I love the colour combination and the white has turned out brilliantly. Stunning soap, nice work Dean.
That was an awesome video Dean. Some great techniques. And the finished product is beautiful.
+Judy Potter Thanks Judy :)
Dean...this is absolutely gorgeous! Awesome techniques.....thank you for sharing
Thanks Joy. Check out the link in the description for the original maker of this design.
You did quite a lovely job and your explanations were so very clear. I like the way you go step by step --- Touche !! Your colors were exquisite. Such an excellent presentation.
Thank you very much :)
Just fabulous... I will check out the videos from Soap Fantasy also!! Thanks for sharing!!
I think that is one of your best soaps yet! I love it.
I can see the surfers on the waves. Brilliant. I wish you could say cut it open please. Lovin this design.
Just a stunning soap Dean. Loving the textural top you achieved. Thanks for sharing.
Love this technique. I have tried it too.
So beautiful! I love it! I want to make this one! Thank you for the video!
when you cut that first slice, I was breathless. ohhhh myyy. It is beautiful.
Thanks Grace. Me too.
AU this is absolutely gorgeous. The colours are delightful. I love the way you teach your soaping creations.
(AU) I am aware of the classic scent Hawaiin Breeze and you have captured the illusion of lying in the sun on a beach towel in the pattern of the your soap.. Its fantastic !!!
finally someone who knows how to make a good video with details!! thanks Dean !
Oh Dean you're an artist. Your soap is fantastic as a picture. Thanks for showing this :)
i prefer this one to the original version, it looks amazing!
Wow Dean... these are awesome! Great job and kudos to you for giving credit to the person who you got the idea from.
+Rob Reese Thanks Rob :)
Again well done sir, this turned out beautifully. I love all your colour choices and the swirling. Wish I could get this good! I'm practising....
Thank you. Keep trying Susan, your will get it. :)
thank you. ..hope you upload more videos they're great 😊
+Good Vibes Only alvanos Thank you. In about 5 weeks once I recover from my surgery I will start making more videos.
I like this better than the soap fantasy. I think your colors blend more and it looks more like like in my opinion ❤️
After watching this video for 5-6 times gave it a try...love the outcome.
Thank you so much for sharing this
video
Sweta gelra how did it turn out? I’m going to make soap for the first time and going to attempt this, was it too hard?
Absolutely Gorgeous!! Thank you for all of the inspirational videos.
Love it. It would be awesome to put little starfish or seashell embeds in the middle or on top of the white.
that would be beautiful!
But without embeds its appeal is different. The focus is the soap only.
Absolutely gorgeous, the best looking soap I have ever come across.
+Zabel Connor Thanks Zabel :)
I love your designs Dean! Your tutorials are so easy to understand!
Thanks, did you see Soap Fantasy's original video?
I'm about to check it out now. It's a beautiful design. I'd like to give it a try.
This is beautiful indeed. You have taken this craft to a whole new level.
What a BEAUTIFUL soap.. I have a lot of M&P...I didn't know what I wanted to do with it, but now I do..My sons and grandsons will love it..Thank you so very much..I subscribed and gave a THUMBS UP!
Thanks very much Victoria :)
Thank you so much! Searched forever for simple instructions and found your vid. Lovely soap!
Thank you, glad you like it. :)
AU, awesome job, I've watched the soap fantasy video and I do love yours more! Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm making this right now. I've used ground apricot shell for the base in the hope that it turns out like sand. I like. Soap Fantasy one very much but I think your one is much more of a useable soap.
Oh and I added a little salt too. I'm going for a scrub/salt soap bar. Scared to take it out of the mould to see what I've done!
+Kelley Spartiatis Love to see it when your done. Email me :)
If it turns out well! But don't hold your breath. My mould isn't transparent so I've no idea what I'm going to unveil. It looks like trifle at the moment. I've just finished it with a sprinkling of pink sea salt :)
I know I'm a little "late to the game" on this video, but I just wanted to say my goodness, that soap is absolutely beautiful! The way the light plays through it, I can imagine a miniature whale or some mermaids hidden in there. It's too pretty to use! Definitely subscribed!
I love stumbling upon channels that accidentally are ASMR. This was so relaxing and satisfying to watch! The soap looks beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Thank you I realized what I did wrong yes I didn't spray it. I redid it and it came out better
Thank you for your video. Please can you advise why my multilayered coloured soap using melt and pour break up when im cutting it . They cut along the different layers / colours . Please advise as i love making the multicoloured layers
Are you spraying rubbing alcohol between layers?
Love this!! Thank you so much. Love your work and will definitely try it❤️🙏
You are so welcome!
Absolutely fantastic! I would try to recreate as a candle. Greetings from Trinidad and Tobago.
I have to say this one is my favorite. A must do!
Im going to do this again and make it dark on the bottom next time.
Wow they're amazing!!! 😍😍
Awesomeeee!! I love the Soap Fantasy and you gave really taken her example and just soared. It looks amazing! 👍
Wow they came out really good
Just gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the details... beautiful job
This is my favourite that you have made. Love your videos
wow this is a gorgeous loaf! i was thinking if it will make the sand bed more realistic if you added some random gold mica into it, but the colours of the ocean water looks absolutely breathtaking. my favourite loaf to-date! i am in love as well ❤
Beautiful work! It looks very similar to your reference!👍🏻
5:19(bottom of loaf) it looks like some sort of animal!🐿
This is amazing. New to M&P - I make bath bombs - and had only made a couple of basic one colour soaps before this but really interested in soaps as well.
I didn’t have the same soap bases or liquid colourants ( was mixing micas) & it turned out really well. I used M&P clear suspension , M&P clear, & M&P white, mixed micas with iso.
This tutorial is amazing - yes I know I’m late to the party lol - but I’ve just learnt from you how to layer colours properly, how to angle, how to do different techniques ( pushing the thin white drizzle into colour) , & how to improvise if you don’t have something lol - wow, how to learn many techniques in one video tutorial!
Thank you Dean Wilson for such an amazing video tutorial.
My soap turned out great for a 1st timer learning many skills at once lol. Not gonna lie, it’s not elegantly brilliant like yours, but I’m happy as much better than expected & thanks to skills learned, I can only improve. Many thanks
Thank you so much Carolyn, glad you loved the video. Happy soaping :)
Just found your channel. Awesome soap and work!
they're so beautiful! I am just starting to make these melt and pour thing and I hope I can remake this design! Thanks for the tutorial!!
Just remember to use rubbing alcohol between the layers and you will be fine.
I love this soap, I live right on the beach and just before or after a big storm this is what the bay looks like
Im moving from the country to the beach soon. I just have to find the right place. :) Walks on the beach every day soon.
@@DeanWilson It is a wonderful place to live, you will love the peace and tranquillity
How much time should we wait after doing the ocean bed? Before pouring the the blue and green..it shouldn't cool down much right? Please help out!
I wait until its firm but warm. As long as its not fluid then you can pour the next layer but dont wait too long before if it gets cold then the next layer will not stick.
These bars are awesome!
Thank you :)
Anne-Marie, I would love to see your version of this design. Would you try? I am sure others would love to see too.
Soap Queen TV by Bramble Berry /
@Chloe Turner-Dockery I would like to see that competition too,😃😃😃
These are pretty 🤩
These are awesome!!! In love with this design!
Thank you! Cheers!
@@DeanWilson hey! Thanks for the reply! Had a query about melt and pour soaps. When I melt my base on a double boiler, it starts to form a skin immediately. And when I add micas, it starts to harden more quickly. By the time I mix the mica and pour the base into the mould, its already starting to harden. Any idea what must be going wrong? Thanks!!
If your base is over 130F degree you should have at least 1-2 minutes to pour it as liquid but that will depend on the base your using. I use a microwave to melt my base. 20 second bursts until its all liquid.
@@DeanWilson thanks! 😊 Will try doing this! 👍👍
Absolutely gorgeous!! Very, very well done and great idea! By the way thank you for being humble and not taking any credit from the original artist, for that you been rewarded and look how beautiful your own creation turned out, way to go, God bless you! :)
The soap looks great! :)
I love watching Soap Fantasy's videos. Evgenia's soaps are amazing! She has great designs.
I just watched Soap Fantasy's video and it was great! I think I'll buy some of the clays to incorporate into my soaps. I'm excited about trying this technique! Thanks for sharing!
Oh wow! Im so impressed Dean. Cant wait to have a go myself......
Wow! This is so beutiful! Thank you so much for this video! 😀
Glad you liked it!
Ive done this bar now and i love it using seasalt and driftwood fragrance from waxnwicks xxx
That's beautiful. I'm sure that it smells AMAZING.
It does! thanks
Once again you rocked it outta the park!!!! Love it!
That is beautiful it really does look like the ocean.
Your videos inspire me so much! I have my own soap business but I can only hope to be as good as you some day! I can listen to your voice all day btw. :)
Thanks so much. I hope you have lots of success with your soap business.
love, love, love this!!!!! This turned out beautifully!!!! Cant wait to try it!!!!
omg, I can't believe you posted this just yesterday; I was going to do the same Soap Fantasy soap, but in a loaf; but I had to put it off until next weekend. And, ta-daaa, here you are with the same idea, and now I have a chance to watch you do it before I make mine next weekend! If I'd made it last Saturday, I wouldn't have seen this. Thanks!
Beautiful! It would be neat if you added sand to the bottom layer to make it an exfoliant.
+Jenna M I had thought about using Oatmeal base which might give it that sand look but I didn't have any. :(
Beautiful work. Love it 👌🏽
Oh man thanks for showing this, Soap Fantasy has amazing designs but it's hard to figure out exactly what's going on.
Google
