No feds can shit on you for selling ideas, no government can send you down the shitter for advice not panning out. If you tell someone desperate that you've got it figured out, they'll bite. You know what they say that everyone is a born salesman? Do you guys believe this? Since the day we were born, we were selling our selves to our moms. Thats why we cry to get her attention and get cuddled. It's a hard bargain and a hard negotiation.. But she still ends up buying it haha It's in us.. If Jordan could do it, we could do it. We just have to find what we are good at and focus on it. Anyway awesome video JB! Any news on the cage match? I strongly believe you will beat the shit out of Cardone.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT CARDONE SAID IN A REAL OLD VIDEO.. BE ORIGINAL BRUH, CARDONE CAME UP WITH BABY BEING SALESMAN.. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH, YOU WILL BE VOID OF FEAR AND INSECURITY AND BE ABLE TO SELL WITH EASE. PPL WHO ARE BAD AT SALES ARE TRYING TO HARD. SALES IS BEING YOURSELF, HANDLING OBJECTIONS AND CLOSING. NOT A FUCKING SCRIPT. ITS CALLED INTUITION AND VALUE. YOU NEED TO LISTEN WELL, HAVE DEEP INTUITION, HAVE EMPATHY AND BE ABLE TO CONVEY THE VALUE PROPOSITION CLEARLY TO THE BUYER. - TO BE A GREAT SALESMAN - IT IS AN EMOTIONAL GAME WITH A BUYER, ALWAYS. THEY BUY TO MAKE THEM FEEL A TYPE OF WAY.

You cannot possibly compare JB with cardone when it comes to sales. Cardone is always right, you are always wrong, its all about himself, nothing about the customer. You cant even hold a conversation with that guy without him proving you are wrong and he is right. Wake up

So here’s the thing. I consider myself to be quite charming, the people I meet usually say that. BUT I’m not the most confident person. Sometimes I overthink what I’m about to say and I might stutter a little bit (not a lot just slightly), or my tone of voice comes out less confident then I intend to. I also feel slightly anxious at times, which can lead to awkward body language.
But I’d love to do sales, I’d love to improve this part of myself. What’s the best way to go about doing this? I feel like if I just jump into it I’m gonna have so many face palm moments and it’s gonna make my anxiety go high. I know i have it in me to be the guy that this dude talks about, just that my overthinking holds me back. I’m terrified of public speaking as well.
I realize that these are irrational fears, but it does affect my body language and tonality, and can give off a weak first impression of myself that I don’t intend to give off.
What’s the best way to fix this? Any advice?

I'm similar in some respects. I think you'd be good at sales. Take a telephone based sales role for 6months selling a half decent product/service and you'll learn so much. The anxiety does increase, and you will definitely have some face palm moments. But over time, could literally be half a day on the phone, that anxiety subsides and you start to really mean what you say and the tonality and flow of your voice will improve really quickly. Watch your body language on the call, no crossed legs and lean back on the chair not into your desk. You don't need to be confident at public speaking to be good at telephone based sales, I'm not, but I can sell on the phone. I'm wayyyyy less anxious now that I've done sales and I'm seeing other areas in my day to day improve because of it. Good luck.

@@haris000000 So I have an update to this. I don’t even remember posting this tbh lol. But here goes. I’ve been working in sales now for about a year and I’m great at it. It’s funny though, when I’m doing a “salesman to customer” interaction, I have almost no social anxiety. But when I’m in normal interactions, I still haven’t improved. So it’s helped me at actually doing sales, but outside of work I still have a lot of social anxiety. It’s a different mindset from being a salesman in the workplace to just having regular interactions with people.

I taught myself how to sell actually doing in person panhandling, but disguised as a real need. It's actually pretty addictive. I found it a lot better making 100 in an hour than spending all day doing pretty much useless day labor for 40 or 50 bucks.
