@@virgenrodriguez9405 you are incredibly lucky. Some people are quite short on friends and family. Though I can't say I don't have family, I have tons of aunts, uncles, and cousins, plus mom dad and a sister. I just don't see them. I have a progressive illness and people don't want to be around me. I can't go to them; nobody has a wheelchair accessible house.
I do have a partner, which is incredible to me. Usually I'm with someone until they figure out that the disease is too much for them and they take off. This one has stuck with me amazingly, but it's not easy. I feel bad, because of how much my disability affects his life. It should only be making one of us miserable!

My dog and my mom's dog were like this. Mom got RA and couldn't handle the chunky girl anymore so she came to live with us. Last night I went for a glass of water and found them snuggled together in front of my mom's bed (she's with us after a bad fall). So sweet!
Omg when Solo went away for 2 weeks the sadness with Olive just brought tears to my eyes, then when Solo came back the joy and elation they both had with seeing each other again was truly priceless. They are the best of friends they really love each other to bits. It’s just so pure. I love it🙏🏾😊
Same here, choked up. Then Olive running full speed to greet her friend, not able to wait had me grinning like an idiot. Dogs are so honest and unguarded sharing their emotions.😁💖🐕

This is the cutest happiest thing I’ve watched today! Heartwarming and sweet and thanks to both dog Mommas for helping the dogs get regular play times with other each. It’s obviously very special and important to Olive and Solo. They make an awesome lovely pair of besties!!!
Oh I so wish my puppy had a friend like this. I would love her to have someone to play with on a regular basis. When they were reunited after Christmas my eyes brimmed with happy tears.

Sadly Bernese Mountain dogs don't live very long, 7-8 years, i have one, she is nearly 8 but doing fine, dreading the day i need to say goodbye, it will rip my hart out for sure : (

Pure friendship we humans could learn from.
My girlfriend and I met at a dog park. These dogs remind me of our dogs playing there, they would look around for the other and seem kind of sad when the other wasn't there. Now they live in the same house where they can play any time they want, they usually seem to want to when I'm on a conference call 😁

My dog, Chester, fell in love with my brother’s dog, Tucker when we moved back to the States. They had such a bromance. Sounding like they were murdering each other and then sleeping holding paws. When Ches got too old to wrestle, Tuck was gentle. Tuck was visibly sad after Ches died of old age. Now Tuck is the elder statesman, but he’s never had another bestie like Ches.
They will play together again one day. So sorry about aches and Tucker’s 💔, I’m sure. Love them as much as you can and then some more while they’re physically here. Dogs have memorable and loyal friendships, probably more than a lot of humans.
I'm sorry to Tucker for his loss of his bestie Ches. They were both so blessed to have each other. They will see each other again in heaven.

Give a dog a good home & they'll never let you down(especially true of a rescued dog being given a second chance). My GS is in some ways my best friend- ALWAYS so loving, loyal, no judgemental & greets me with joy when I get home(waits on "her couch" by the back door for my return) and sad only when I'm gone.Adopted my GS @ about 8 mos old, she's now almost 15. Can hardly bear the thought of her not being there waiting for me one day., the ONLY downside to having a pet. She daily makes me realize how lucky I am.

I love animals and I love dogs but the tear came easily to my eye because I realise that I look at social media to relax instead of actually communicating with other human beings.
