God, both dogs are so clever. She's lucky to have 2 best friends ❤️ 💕. I grow up with dogs and I know how much mean this for a child. One of my dogs was running from home, just to wait for me at the nursery gate.
It amazes me how the huskies are aware of their size and are very gentle with their new sister. They just give her tons of kisses but don't rest their heads on her. I remember seeing a video where a husky saw its baby sister sleeping on the floor and crawled next to her. It lay down but made sure its head was resting on the pillow, not the baby's head.
Awe, I love the way they chose to introduce their precious baby to the fur babies. They will bond so quickly with her, and be her protectors...the cat seems more interested in the beds❤️🤣

"Omg there's an intruder" and then dodging dad's hand as if it's somehow going to place baby closer/on dog. 🤭😆 . The little squeaks and cries are just beyond pitiful 😭❤️💜💚
When he took the baby and the husky jumped up and 'dominated' wanting to get attention, (also barking loudly at the baby that then got upset) I thought the dad was going to ignore the dog and dissaprove the behaviour, to show that dominating doesn't get you anywhere. Instead he kneeled down to let the husky see the baby up close, licking the babies face at 3:25, with a tongue that has e-coli on it. On the newborn baby. The second dog is hyperactive too, sniffing and barking, while the baby stretches out his little hands near the dog's nose. It can misinterpret that as food, easily. I wouldn't hold my hand near our (wellbehaved) dog's mouth if she was upset, simply because she might snap out of fright and stress. It wasn't necessary that the baby's hand was there, it was not important, it was just a coincidental (high) risk. Which would be a minor scratch on my hand at the very most, but to a baby that is a wound, or a hand that's gone. The baby is very upset about the barking, but the dog is not given the command to be silent. Instead, the dog is shown the baby upclose, after which it gets licked too, with the same e-coli. Then the cat is being put in the newborns crib. There is a reason why mothers aren't allowed to clean catlitterboxes. The same goes for babies, they can still get toxoplasmosis. That means they go blind. It's a commonly known thing. It's all very cute to you, because you know the dogs, but I see 3 enthusiastic animals that have no idea how fragile this baby is. How fragile the hearing is, and how the bacteria in their tongue can cause horrible diseases that might forever change the life of this little baby. I see animals that want to jump near it, to see closer (not realizing that if the one jump goes wrong, the baby is severely injured) and I see parents that answer the demanding barking of the dogs with a positive 'here you go, here is the baby you requested.' If the dog is not calm, it cannot see the baby, that's an easy solution to that. It was your home video and I hope you enjoyed your moment, you can't change things anymore, so I won't say anything further about that. But to anyone watching that wants to do the same, please know that I (dogowner and Pedagogic Worker) wouldn't take a risk like that with a newborn child. Give it a few weeks, let them sniff from a distance. They're dogs, they can sniff a drop of blood from a few meters away..you think they nééd to stick their nose in the baby's face in order to get to know him? They knew her while he was still in the womb, they don't need to lick the face.
Finally a logical comment. The most important thing is to keep an infant safe and healthy. It amazes me that owners of dogs don't realize thier dog can be a risk to the baby and not properly train the dog. My one friend is 8 months and has an untrained husky that jumps up and has a high pray drive. I am so nervous for when the baby is here and try to warn her.
@@mcol3657 She definitely should always keep the baby in her lap and away from the dog and teach the dog _immediately_ that certain behaviour is not wanted around the child. The praising should be done ríght after the dog listens to that command, to avoid the dog seeing the child as an intruder that gets all the love and is the new 'favorite' in the house. I hope all goes well with your friend and the newborn. I don't know why people fail to see the risk of their dogs...I mean, as beforementioned, we have a small fluffy dog that barks at plastic bags and then runs off with a frightened yelp and we would certainly not let her near kids without supervision and us being really closeby, simply for the fact that kids are unpredictable and they could always accidentally hit her in the face while dropping their arm down or something. What if she accidentally bites? We don't want to find out, so we always sit nearby if a (big) child wants to pet her and we make sure the dog is calm and doesn't jump up. That way, it's a nice experience for both.
Exactly! I really hope they come to realize how much of an issue it can be and re-home the dog or finally take training extremely serious. Were also expecting in Feb and have a small cockapoo and cat. Were playing baby crying noises to get the animals adjusted and not letting the cat in the room that well use for the nursery. I think I do have some tips, yes :) I have written them down, but my sister knows more about these things (from the animal's perspective) so I'll ask her tomorrow if my reply is correct, before I send it to you. It's midnight here now haha, so you'll hear from me tomorrow :) congratulations on the pregnancy bytheway!
@@mcol3657 That is a good thing to do, the baby crying noises to 'normalise' it for the animals. A friend of mine had a pregnant cat (those can be very territorial) that gave birth around the same time as the baby was born. Now, not to scare you, because since it was the first litter, the cat was véry stressed and couldn't handle any noise (dogbarking or cars, anything set it off.) But once the newbaby started loudly crying, the cat went bezerk and attacked the older sister and the adults in the room, until they had all left the livingroom. And then started moving her kittens and hid them (they do that when they feel unsafe) and it turns out that she stuffed them in a drainpipe and it had to be removed to get the kittens back out. But your cat isn't pregnant, I assume :) So that's a whole different situation. Still important, if the cat ever gets pregnant. The cat knows that there is a newborn and it'll probably know you're pregnant too. I think that once the baby is there, I would start with perhaps leaving around items that smell of the baby. Not necessarily clothing, but a (smelly) burpingcloth that needs to be washed anyway, can, for an hour or so, be put somewhere near the place they walk (not in their basket or their favorite hidingspaces) Maybe on the floor, in the middle of the room, ready to sniff. You can obviously wash it afterthey've sniffed it and later you will find something else (likea bib) that can be put on the floor in a different spot. Just so they get an extra confirmation that this is now a normal smell too. If the baby starts crying, make sure that the animals can 'escape' the noise, by giving them a place to get away from the noise or a "soundproof" cathouse (I'm thinking about one with the opening to the side, to block out the noise) or something else. You can give the cat a treat if the crying seems to make it agitated or stressed. Give the cat something that takes time to open up/fold out, like an closed up cartboard-eggbox with treats inside or a few toiletrolls folded shut with a treat in there. The longer they are busy with it, the fewer they might notice the baby crying. I know 'showing the baby' to the cat sounds like fun and taking pictures together is also understandable (Christmas for example), but if the baby is moving a lot and they haven't gotten familiar in a close way yet, I'd advice to have someone hold the cat and you hold the baby and don't put them next to each other without supervision (yet. You can also sit on the couch together, one playing with the baby, one stroking the cat. If the cat looks relaxed, then it's alright. If it tries to get to the baby (depending on the age, hereby assuming he's old enough to avoid healthrisks) you can very carefully see what happens when he smells the baby's arm or leg. Make sure the face is not directly in front of the cat or shield it with your hand a bit (confrontation and staring might trigger anger) and let the cat sniff the baby and praise the cat (and baby) if it's being careful and friendly. When the bodylanguage is not positive, pick the baby up and bring it to safety. Also, keep in mind that a baby's response to something fun/interesting/new is to grab and squeeze. Cat's don't like to be grabbed and squeezed, so avoid the baby grabbing at the cat's tail or paws or face or otherwise, because that will result in a warning-scratch. While talking about eyecontact, it's also a risk (in some animals) to show affection to the baby and then make direct eyecontact with the cat or dog. You might mean well (as if to say; 'I like you as well Pookie, don't worry') but they can see it as a provocation and if that is the case, it'll make them jealous. Depending on the animal, they will come over to demand your attention and/ór get very upset and try to attack the baby, because he's the one that's getting the attention. My sister recommended something additional to do before the baby gets born, which is to build-down (if that's the word, I'm not a native English speaker) the attention and time with the cat and dog, so there's not a sudden change once the baby is there. Most people, she says, try to pamper the dog and cat with attention, because they know there will be less time to spend together with the baby needing time too. But for the dog and cat, that is a very abrupt change, because they go from normal attention to loads of attention to barely any. It's best to let them get used to a smaller amount of constant attention in advance, so they don't feel neglected when you réálly don't have time for them. They'll have learned to deal with that, if you start practicing it now. So, maybe it sounds like an open door, but understanding their bodylanguage is really important. If the dog and cat look fed up, keep on walking back and forth, the cat keeps hiding away from the noise or you introduce them and the tail gets really thick and the backhair stands up, those are signs that the cat is not having it and that the baby should be picked up and taken elsewhere. To take their mind off the baby, put their food (or snacks) in eggboxes or cornflakes-boxes. My sister also mentioned Jackson Galaxy, who has a UA-cam-channel. He's a guy that works with cats (sometimes with large problems and agression, sometimes with small problems) and he has a lot of information about bodylanguage of a cat and probably also has video's about cats and babies/toddlers and how to make that work properly. :)
The dogs are cute! But one thing is for sure this little girl is clearly already a daddy's girl! Every time he picks her up within a few seconds she's quiet and happy. I wonder if Daddy has any idea how tightly he's already wound around her itty bitty little finger lol Great Video!!!
If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!
The real concern is when the child gets old enough to start grabbing ears, poking the dogs, etc. Because young children don't know when a dog is telling them to stop. Babies, toddlers, young kids, should never be unsupervised with any dog. No matter how patient a dog is, they all bite if pushed too far.
@@lizsays3324 And when in distress and the babies hand is near the mouth like on 4:45, any dog can misinterpret that as a treat or playtime and bite in the hand. Which to an adult is a game or a minor scratch and to a baby is a (severe) wound.
I think both dogs thought the newbie was in distress by the cries. Once the baby quit crying they were a bit calmer. But of course, dogs being dogs, they had to sniff. Lol and the cat did what cats do, Take over the bed.
They are all so cute. The demanding, sweet baby. The dogs are so sweet, concerned, loving. The cat is like "chill. Yeah, the I like little human and we will be best friends. But, thank you for the new bed.
I really love this video and as everyone has said, how you introduced the animals one by one. I don’t know if I would have been as brave to do this simply because animals are still ANIMALS. My loving, adorable Shiloh Shepherd is my baby (5 yo) but one day a stray kitten found it’s way to our doorstep and I brought it in, put it in my lap, and my Shepherd came over and I thought she would give her kisses ( like your dogs did to the baby) but instead she quickly and stealthily went for the kitten’s neck!!! She wanted it for her next meal!! Needless to say, we didn’t keep the kitten, but I never thought of my dog in the same way around other smaller animals and would have never taken the chance with a baby!! I couldn’t get that out of my mind watching your video. Hope you’re all doing wonderfully!!!
my chihuahua does that with kittens. im not sure whats going on in her brain, but she will sometimes pick them up and carry them to the front of my trailer. maybe she thinks i can help them more than their own parents? and adult cats that grew up with her around, she'll just drag them around the yard in the same manner, and some of them let her. i dont understand why they don't claw the fuck out of her when she pulls that
Dog Whisperer Caesar Milan says the new baby’s room is off limits to the dog(s). You put up a gate and slowly teach the dog it can’t go past the threshold. Safer for everyone! They are still “animals” with strong instincts unless taught differently. I’m sure you both are good at that with the way they behaved.
I am so glad our kids were raised with a dog and cat, and then two of each. I don't know if those kids appreciate their parents' love, but I KNOW they appreciate the pets'-!!
Incredible how the baby Iris calms down immediately when the dad picks her up and holds her that way. It must be comforting for her to be held like that with her body right up against his and his arms holding the other side of her body. .

My daughter and her hubby had a baby ….. they have a rescue dog that kind of looks like a huge fat poodle 😂 and a Czechoslovakian wolf…. They were both very attentive and guarded her while she slept…..UNTIL… she started walking… the one rescue, lays next to her but the minute she goes towards him…. He walks away. The wolf…she guards her all the time, my granddaughter climbs all over her, she nudges her if she goes where she’s not allowed….basically “herding” her when she walks into a room she’s not allowed. It’s beautiful to watch. She will have the best friend for years….
yes, they seem excited and even a little agitated...licking their lips and sniffing around at this brand new PREY animal that has entered the home. They see the precious baby as PREY. Why anyone would risk their childs safety like this is beyond me.

Her name was Heaven and she had the ice blue eyes!! I miss her to this day!!
Nice introduction of two dogs and a cat to the pack...the licking of the baby by the dogs is crucial for the smell of the baby and the smell of the dog will be one...so the dogs see the baby as member of the pack/family. The cat leaves it smell too in the bed and on the baby.

Eighteen years ago my neighbours newborn baby was laying on a bouncer in the lounge room asleep. My neighbour was with the baby watching TV and went into the kitchen to get a drink when all of a sudden her German Shepherd ran into the loungeroom and jumped onto the baby and ripped him to pieces. The mother couldn't do anything and also got bitten by the dog. When the police came they immediately shot the dog. The poor baby didn't stand a chance and this dog was supposed to be part of the family. The vet said dogs get very jealous if they've been in the family for a long time and there hasn't been any children there. The vet said this is probably what happened because he didn't like the new baby getting all the attention. I will never forget this. People just don't realize what dogs are capable of around babies and children.
Very sweet baby girl. The huskies seem to be adjusting pretty good. But I gotta say that my heart stopped when the cat was in the baby's bed - that's not a good idea.
Same here. The dogs are dominating the parents and although they (the dogs) look like they have no bad intentions with the baby, it is só só easy to make a small mistake. Dogs are known to get jealous and will 'bite' (snap) and jump at the dog or animal that is being held by the parent. They've got video's online of dogs responding with jealousy to a stuffed toy that they then yank out of the arms of the person holding it. You can see these dogs jumping up at the baby too. The lines 'Oh give it to me' or 'Oh lemme see' don't make it any cuter if you realise the dog is dominating. The cat might carry the toxoplasmosis-bacteria that can turn the baby blind, the dogs are too big for the baby and when the dog barks, it is not taken away but instead rewarded with the baby, that it then licks with a e-coli filled mouth. I am a Pedagogic Worker and although they tried to be careful, I see so many risks here.

The husky’s and kitty r so sweet 🥰☺️ beautiful baby too love your little family ❤️
Congrats 🎊 on a beautiful baby . Your huskies and kitty are very fortunate to have you as there family
aww thank you so much for a sweet comment!
Iris is lucky to have a Daddy like you. God bless ya'll
I wonder who's more of the baby your actual baby or your Huskies? This video put a smile on my face
The dogs are cute! But one thing is for sure this little girl is clearly already a daddy's girl! Every time he picks her up within a few seconds she's quiet and happy. I wonder if Daddy has any idea how tightly he's already wound around her itty bitty little finger lol Great Video!!!
She loves resting on his chest:)
Lol!
Dog: Funny? It doesn’t look like a toy?!
Cat: I told you I’m stealing the bed!!!!!!!
Thank you for writing this. It felt like it was written for me. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and this spoke to me. Thank you so much.
You must NEVER EVER leave the baby alone with sharp dogs like that. Their instincts will always come first!
Their instincts are to protect the pack.
What a cute video. These pets are so well behaved. This baby is so lucky to have so many siblings to play with.
I know how Muslims
Huskies are very verbal, excited and want to protect. This dog looks like he wants to make sure everything is okay.
Indeed beautiful dogs... loving their beautiful sister
thank you! they are in love🥰
Não acho saudável deixar os cães lamberem o rosto do bebê. Nem o gato deitar onde o bebê dorme. São animais e não humanos.
It's definitely important keep that in mind for sure! Thank you:)
my chihuahua does that with kittens. im not sure whats going on in her brain, but she will sometimes pick them up and carry them to the front of my trailer. maybe she thinks i can help them more than their own parents? and adult cats that grew up with her around, she'll just drag them around the yard in the same manner, and some of them let her. i dont understand why they don't claw the fuck out of her when she pulls that
@@jackadams3878 ha ha!! Yeah, I knew my dog wasn’t trying to move them anywhere but her food bowl!!!
Precious baby girl, babypups, babycats, family :D ❤️🧡💛 Congratulations and Blessings to you all on your new baby girl :D ❤️🧡💛
Precious little one!!!
I maintain they can smell both parents in the baby
“What is this creature?!?!”😂😂😂 the dogs were so gentle😍😍 and the cat just wants to steal the bed😂😂
I am so glad our kids were raised with a dog and cat, and then two of each. I don't know if those kids appreciate their parents' love, but I KNOW they appreciate the pets'-!!
Incredible how the baby Iris calms down immediately when the dad picks her up and holds her that way. It must be comforting for her to be held like that with her body right up against his and his arms holding the other side of her body. .
I see two very happy big siblings 😍😍
What a perfect family indeed the baby is beautiful the Kitty is funny and the puppies just adore that baby....... I think they just don't want to be left out of course you know that Very smart puppy and very smart parents that little girl gonna have 2 best friends
Thanks for the sweet comment! Can't wait to see them grow together:)
Aww your baby sister is so cute!!😍❤️
Imagine how curious they are about the little one. So cute🥰🥰🥰
yes, they seem excited and even a little agitated...licking their lips and sniffing around at this brand new PREY animal that has entered the home. They see the precious baby as PREY. Why anyone would risk their childs safety like this is beyond me.
@@warondogs8199You have ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING of the Nature of Huskys. THIS BABY is now a New Member of the pack.MY GUESS is the Mother was PREGNANT with the Huskys AS PART OF THE FAMILY. EDUCATE Your self about an dog brought up With a pregnant mother.
I love Huskies and the little sounds they make! 😆
Nice sharing
Watching here,and enjoy your video
Thanks alot
Do they make those auto-rocking seats in adult size? I could see myself laying down for an hour or 2 in one of those!
i work for the company that makes that baby hat lol
Couldn’t get any cuter then this! I commend you dad a pink T 👚
Thank you!
Yuki and husband, I just discovered your channel and LOVE it! Your baby is precious…congratulations. Love your Huskies too. I’m a serious animal person, and have a Shepherd/Husky mix who’s a gentle doll. I’ll be following your channel now. Thank you for taking the time to make the videos! Hope you’ll be able to keep it up with the time it takes for your newborn. I think you will because you’ll be so happy!♥️🍼♥️
Thank you so much! More videos like this to come:))
I just discovered it as well and I think it is very cute
She will grow up with 2 very protective guard dogs around her.
Heaven help the first boy who breaks her heart. If they are still around despite being old and grey they will kick his butt.
That new baby will be well looked after and guarded by four footed family members.
Uma criancinha recém nascida deve sempre estar mais coberta.... sente falta do calor da mamãe...põe no colo ou a mantinha e para de chorar...cachorros sentem a necessudades das crianças cuidam e dão muitos amor ....
Can we talk about the coolest cat ever 😉 😂😂
Hello 👋 Elisa
How are you doing today
Exactly! 🤣🤣🤣
Incredibly sweet dogs ❤️
Girl will have the best bodyguards possible.
Boy is she going to have fun as she grows with them 🤗👶🐶🐱
Second husky dogs
Loves to take nap
Besides the baby
The second dog will make sure the first doesn’t get too excited. She’s a momma.
I can see the cat approves of the dog safe bed you brought... ;o) And huskies are sooo talkative, they´ll have lots of fun with the baby growing up!
The dogs are doing really good I bet they will take great care of their new baby sister
The last scene shows, the dogs will be great and loving protectors of the baby.
Nice job introducing the baby to the huskies !
Congrats on having an angel . 🥰🥰
thank you!
The huskies know that bubby has same smell as their mummy and daddy , they know to instantly protect at all costs..
What a well-behaved father.
The dog just want to kiss the baby wants to get to know her, she is just beautiful
The 2nd Husky was like "I have to lick her so she smells like us!". The cat was like "the minute they pick her up from that little bed, I'm jumping in and taking over!" Your Huskies are so beautiful! We had a Husky and she was on the small side. She was AKC registered but we could never show her because she wasn't the required size to show but we didn't care because we never got her to put her in shows. Her name was Heaven and she had the ice blue eyes!! I miss her to this day!!
aww. huskies are the best!
Just warm and beautiful!
@Paul Widmer I was born in San Francisco, CA AFTER WWII, I am Mexican American old lady! Thanks for the interest
@Paul Widmer I just turned 73 years old so I'm retired.
All 3 of them gonna protect her with their lives....
"stop licking your chops" lol
Nice introduction of two dogs and a cat to the pack...the licking of the baby by the dogs is crucial for the smell of the baby and the smell of the dog will be one...so the dogs see the baby as member of the pack/family. The cat leaves it smell too in the bed and on the baby.
As Lucy would say, Dog Germs!
Their baby will grow up in a Disney Fairytale. I learned to walk by holding on to my Uncles dog.
i like how you guys handle this situation with the dogs the cat was easy one from the rest of them
i like how the second dog the female one is like i wanna so badly give the tiny new puppy kisses it's
nearly killing me the female dogs point of view at least we get too keep the new puppy
I love the cat watching over the baby from behind the crib. I almost missed that.
Be careful , I have seen Husky’s eat a whole chicken se wrap times . Never leave the baby alone.
Nice! We have a wolf-husky, nice friend too! Mother pure husky, from father two sorts of wolf; and shepard too!
Good Babies, welcoming Baby Sister!!!
The cat!!! :D
Your baby is so precious! So are your Huskies!
Thank you!
You are so welcome! Congratulations and good luck!
È incredibile come il Papà ogni volta che la prende in braccio smetta di pianger
Hopefully they all get along! Looks like they will
hopefully. If not, the baby will get attacked. Its the chances we take for "dog." Oh well. Babies aren't that precious.
I can hear the parents telling the media, "We had no idea our dog would harm our baby."
Just don't leave her alone with the animals until she is much, much older!
@@Widdekuu91 Well said, thanks for the information, and best wishes for your work . 👍
@@facitenonvictimarum You're welcome, and thankyou :) Same to you, although I don't know what your work is how how you fill the day, but good luck with it :)
that dog would likely eat that baby if the parents weren't there, but humans insist in 'love'
They'll have that kid's back.❤
parents: please look up swaddling. there's a reason they teach it to both parents before they leave hospital.
As long as the dogs don't get jealous of the baby, getting more of the attention!
Such a nice daddy.
Iris is used to being in a warm environment but dad just lays her down with arms and legs exposed to cool air. That’s why she hush’s whenever he picks her up. She’s close to warmth. SWADDLE HER!
For being such great cockatoo parents, I just subbed.
Funny, I had 2 huskies, a black and grey one as well,, where the black one was pretty laid back but the grey one an energetic ADD-like bugger as well 😅
congrats on having a baby . you have to be careful about the animals
we've been keeping an tight eye:)
They will be very protective of baby. Her own bodyquards
I hope they will be:)
The baby needs wrap up tightly just like the nurses showed them . They are now protecting her and they have too sniff her and make sure she ok
Our granddaughters boxer met his baby brother Jun 10 2022. Walker, the boxer will be so protective of Case.
My grand dog would get very concern when my new granddaughter would cry and urge me to pick her up with an excited bark also. Very good Nanny
Beautiful and sweetest so much how can be
Sweet girl baby and huskies and at together ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤❤🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐺🐺🐺🐺😇😇😇😇😇
buddy love this baby
They need to burrito wrap that little newborn, just advise from a mom of four. But otherwise loved how they introduced baby to pack. 🙏😘😊
Obviously you didn't watch the whole video cause I saw her wrapped like a burrito
Aww just got recommended...soooo adorable
Dogs: Our family is growing... How wonderful?!
Cats: Sometimes I wonder why I kept you people around... If you're not feeding me you're kinda useless.
hahaha cats be like that lol
