I totally get it. At 42, I was diagnosed with cancer. They gave me about a 50-50 up front. I told my wife "I've had a good life. If it ends here, I consider myself a lucky man. A woman loved me. No matter what happens, you will be proud of me." I'm 50 now. still here. I'll be praying for James.

      @WideAwakeHuman 2 роки тому +25

@@loudieselj3165 most of the reason is because there is no "ALS test" that can give a diagnosis so it's more of a diagnosis of elimination - meaning you have to do tons of tests over the course of at least 6-12 months before everything that COULD be causing them is excluded other than ALS. There also has to be adequate passage of time to observe progression of symptoms because that is one part of the diagnosis.
TLDR; cuz it's really complicated to diagnose and you don't tell someone they're going to die unless you know for sure (or at least as sure as humanly possible).

Existing gun law unjustly punishes and permanently removes 2nd amendment gun rights for drinking & driving. Who is the injured party to question in court, and who is the victim when all offenses are pull-over-and-blow arrests void of the accident, incident, victim, or injured party? (This crazy law denies Jurisprudence!)
Michigan law says 3 DUIs in a lifetime create a permanent non-reversible felony. These newly created (Mom & Dad) non-violent criminals cannot hunt, and protect themselves, their wealth, or their family by firearm, ever! (A permanent felon!)
The CRAZY LAW has a nexus with federal law and its based on imaginary death and destruction that drinking and driving often create and do not discriminate between "victim" and "victimless" offenses. (There's no distinction in law between driving accidents, incidents, or having a victim vs simple pull-over and blow arrests without a victim!)
When DUIs are in fact victimless, without having an injured party or victim, the severity of punishment should never permanently remove 2nd amendment gun rights ...
This law lacks distinction between the two classes (With Victim/Without Victim) offenses!

French Revolution, Crimean war (first one) Russian Revolution (on both sides) Spanish civil war, Mexican War(s) WWI, WWII, etc…

This is a perfect example of incongruous of thought and gross generalizations. There were and are people that fight because they are war mongers and psychopaths, just as there are those that fight just as hard and are lover’s of peace.
From my experience those that like to throw out the “war monger” phrase are quite foolish to reality and often weak people scared of their own shadows.

Yanukovych didn't want to play ball with John Brennans CIA, EU/NATO as only 34% of Ukraine supported joining NATO. (Now 37% in 2022) So they, Obama, labelled him a Russian puppet like they did trump.

      - February 4th, 2014 victoria Nuland caught on tape saying they want Arseniy Yatsenyuk as prime minister.
-February 28th, 2014 Yatsenyuk sworn in as prime minister of Ukraine. 3 weeks after Nuland requests it.
      - march 2nd 2014 US begins sending Ukraine BILLIONS of our tax dollars.
-mid march 2014 burisma hires hunter Biden and John Kerrys son for $1 million a year. Later adds Carl pelosi and mitt Romney Jr.
-june 2014 CIA begins training azov battalion Nazis to kill non-globalist Ukrainians in Donbas. Poroshenko shuts off water and gas to Donbas.
-$5.5 billion US tax dollars and IMF loan go missing in PrivatBank, owned by Burismas Ihor Kolomoyski, Mykola Zlochevsky, and Tony podesta. The brother of John podesta, Hillary Clinton campaign manager.

I think the thing that would bother me if I was in his situation, is that we are nowhere near the Star Trek like future most people wanted. We have the technology to destroy ourselves, but not to create the first space dock. We have made no social progress at all. Actually, we regressed. 11,000 years of civilization, and we're worse than we ever were. That's what we all get to look at when it's our time. And this was in the progressive west. And don't even get me started on life expectancy, child mortality, poverty and violence. We are way better off than ever.
But then you have social media. Even if we have alleviated suffering by a factor of 10 we have learned how to broadcast it by a factor of 1000. This leads to a self-propagating spiral of depression and hopelessness.

I do know that I want to support Yeager and his decisions. It is more sad to see a young kid not have the same abilities that we all have. Instead it turns into a genetic disease or something neurological. The hard part for the communities who have any type of disability is the aspect of getting out there and talking about it. I feel bad for a lot of the young kids and having to deal with a lot more weight. The dream killer is in front of that script and it might slow down or not. Be faithful, healthy, work on finding the right people.

@@moparman1692 that's the paradox. The Truth is that it's not having the courage to step up and save ourselves, it's having the courage to realise that we cannot save ourself. And that's why the free of gift of God is so precious. He is the one who saves us, we just need to have the courage and humility to accept that free gift. It is a simple choice, recieve or don't... We're free to choose, but we're not free from the consequences of our choice. Choose wisely brother.

The day she got the news was the worst, but after that, she’s always been telling that she lived a good life and did more in 52 years of life than some do that reach 80.
