    I really needed this; I have been so stressed lately for many reasons, but this topic is a significant stress factor. I want to relax and enjoy my youth, but at the same time, what if I will regret not working my ass off? Anyway, thank you. You brought some clarity into my mind. I feel like I am starting to gather myself again, as the pressure of life broke me into pieces and scattered them without me even noticing it. Thank you; now I will remember that I will never regret just being happy. Regret is inevitable; happiness is a choice.

      @@roronoazero814 It's not about what's important from an outsider's perspective. What's important to oneself is everything. You are the only perspective which you can see from; all your happiness and satisfaction will come from you alone. And you alone know how to achieve it. Nobody else does. You can rely on outside advice, but never as a guide on how to live.

    • @roronoazero814
      @roronoazero814 11 місяців тому

      @r2391 i believe parents advice or a coaches advice just makes lives much easier and more better , i agree its not about whats important from an outsider's perspective , but your brain at times plays a lot of biases within you for which only the one who have seen and raised you since you were kid teaching you what is good , what is bad , what is dangerous and guide you like a compass throughout your life
      i used to feel lame about climbing mountains , going adventures and only wanted to study at my desk or play games , idea of spending money for an outdoor sports was just lame to me since it was a temporary joy BUT
      One of my friend adviced me to tag along once even though i would resist he would pull me into the car and take me for a drive , when i stopped resisting and got down the car i felt something so beautiful which i would never have if i was full of myself , selfish , thinking of my comforts , my life and only myself ..
      at times when we are broke , when we are depressed an external push makes a huge difference
      example: ashoka the great became great only after he started to adapt someone's elses advice on life , many indian yogi's who are spiritual masters live from the guidance of their yogic master
      But yeah , the choice is always left with you ,whether you listen to others or cut off all external advices but for me i believe external advices from the right person makes you a much better individual and feel happiness much more .
      There are times when our intelligence will works against us so it is always good to be around people and share with people both misery and joy , allow yourself for correction
      etc and adapt along the way to be the best version of yours

      one can choose to see or ignore reality but that doesnt take away that it will always remain there.
      Some embrace chaos and the universe answers them
      Others (most) choose comfort
      Both have their advantages but at the end the one who does the harder work will outperform the one who chose comfort.
      With technology on the rise and countless new laws being passed each week
      If you dont become a predetor you will just be a prey or victim
      Some do prefer the simple life, in which case you just need to step into where things are simpler (village/ countryside)
      being in cities with a peacful mindset will ultimately lead to suffering and regret.
      "Choosing comfort is the easiest way to depression"

      I don't necessarily see reality as one identical thing for everyone. You mentioned that some embrace chaos and the universe answers them.
      The same goes for other choices that people with different perspectives on reality have. Sure you can see those who don't value competition and chaos as weak but that's because in your world and the way you perceive things is uniquely yours and makes sense to you. But still its not a universal meaning
      At the end we all have a way for us to live life. And I accept that so that's why I try not to accuse your mindset or someone elses for being wrong just because it differs from mine. There are countless philosophies which are all equally right @@DasinTahseen

    Bad vid, no one is making money to fill their soul, you're rich when the ones around you feel rich. You're rich when you're fulfilling your purpose. You're assuming we're trying to get rich at a young age to fill the hole of anxiety and shit. No. The truth is that people don't like their nine to fives. if they like teaching, teach. Most people get rich at a young age because they realize they're screwed if a single woman says anything about them. That they can't live while poor. Those who can are not most. If people are so confused they should figure out themselves first. Jeez

    • @eternallybound
      @eternallybound  11 місяців тому +2

      I mean tbf youre screwed in any case if a woman accuses you of sth. But again you're proving my point. People get rich due to fear of something bad happening to them. So in that case we chase money and physical richness to reach security (which is never going to be enough since we naturally always want more and more). Doesnt that kinddd of sound like a 9-5 where we do something we dont like for a miserable paycheck. Basically trading happiness for something you'll never be satisfied with

      @@eternallybound It's true to an extent because you keep working for money but you do it for way less time with way more effort. You keep going and once you make a lot of money you can make the ones around you happy, you're mom has access to excellent food, security, location, she can do what she wants, and you can live and do what makes you happy without relying on the system, money is not the priority and never was. The people who are rich and depressed were depressed before or gave up what they loved when they became rich. Money will not make you worse or sad unless you already are, it amplifies you, it's not the money which makes you happy it's the things you can do for what you love that does, it's a bad vid who understand that and a very good one for those who don't

    TLDR stop with the "I'm not happy waaah" go get a job, life is good God is great, cry to him keep the rest to yourself nobody cares.
    I think chasing hapiness is equally stupid. "Sacrificing youth means nothing." Maybe when we were tribesmen, making connections and having fun actually led to life improvement, but I can tell you one thing. There was a friend of mine who did all the fun youth things, had a girlfriend, worked out did what he loved whenever he wanted, had hobbies he was good at, and all I did was talk about cars, play video games, and studied. And we are now in the exact same situation, peniless and bored. Take a second to think right now, what do you want to do right now? Have lots of friends and a loving relationship? Ok? Then what? You think they will last? In the modern world? Where 4 years later everyone moves and never speaks to each other again? Ok great they love you, now what? Hapiness is more dangerous than fentanyl for young guys, we didnt used to be happy, we used to suffer, and now food is around every corner. Look I'm not saying listen to your teachers most of them unfortunately are losers working in an oversaturated market. What you need to do is find something that you want to be good at more than you are ashamed of being bad at it, eventually doing it feels like a dance. Thats how you win. It could be mastering the dumbest thing. You can fix printers. You can weld 2 sheets of metal in 20 minutes. You have a great voice? It could even be math. Now you market that one skill more agressively than insurance companies. And while youre doing all that, its not a sin to stop and smell the roses, cry at a cheesy movie, maybe call your parents and tell them you love them? Every person obsessed with happiness that I know doesnt even call their mom. Make sure youre not one of those self flagellating losers.

      Happiness is something that is a constant goal that can't really be satisfied. You might be happy now but again there will come a time where you will be unhappy (opposite also applies). Suffering is what makes happiness so desirable making us thrive for it more and more even if we already have it in the eyes of someone else. It's a drug I agree but yet again it is something that is essential for humans no matter how constructive or destructive it will end up for us
