Hey Cherry! Since counted siya as nursing experience sa States, ito parin. double pay and hindi nakakapagod like bedside pero siguro pag nasa States na, depende na. Ok ito pang ipon sa US journey mo and if you have side hustles, ok ito kasi hindi ka pagoda after eh.
Kung usapan toxic, siguro yung nakakaantok na pag 3am onwards and may cases na medyo mahaba. It's more mentally draining kasi you have to look at cases in front of the computer.
Bedside kasi for me, physically and mentally draining.
add ko lang. I am USRN 13 years n ako sa US. Bedside toxicity the pinnacle of stress specially sa US. Besides california, most states do not have Nurse ratio law. So one nurse is equals to 7 - 8 patients. It might not look as much compara sa work sa pinas but americans patient mo. They are heavier, more demanding, sicker and most of all anything you do is subject to lawsuit lalo n pag nireklamo ka. So I am also looking forward for a non bedside job soon. I experience a lot already. Medsurg, telemetry, Home health, Rehab, Travel nurse etc

Apply ka kung saan madali, pwede naman i-endorse later sa state kung saan ka mag trabaho.

I suggest nysed. I got my approval after 1 month
No except if NMI. some of my friends had to endorse their license to main land.

i've been seeing phrn non voice account on every jobsite, I like to try. Toxic ba ang healthcare voice accounts I mean if compare sa tech/billing account?
Heyaa Ake! Parang depende rin no lalo na if outpatient or inpatient ang patient (usually kasi pag inpatient = usually ha, mahahaba yung medical record/hospital report nila -> isa ito sa maganda iconsider). Depende rin talaga minsan with calls kasi mas mataas quota pero maiikli ang medical records, meron naman iba na konti lang naman quota nila but man pages ng medical records is around 50-100 @_@). Billing account ang mahirap siguro dyan pag naniningil? (kung may ganun na part)

Hi Sir, Can you suggest a good company for BPO USRN non voice na pwede ko maapplyan? yung low pay wfh ok lang so long as less stress,, Wala rin po ako background about BPO USRN,,,first time to apply naghahanap and meron na po akong hospital experience,,Salamat po 😇🙏
Samin lang marecommend ko kasi iba lumilipat samin dahil sinasabi nila mas madali nga samin but pay if higher talaga sa iba.

Ang alam ko need nasa Pinas ka eh, kasi they will have your medicals parin sa recommended clinics nila and companies will send your desktop/laptop. pag tapos ka na siguro sa stage na yun there you can try and go to other bansa.

@@NursePhotographer Hi po, just to share base on my experience depende siguro sa company. I ask the same thing to my Manager and it was not allowed. You can’t bring the asset outside the country and your work cannot resume overseas. Hope that helps.

What does a utilization management nurse do in a day-to-day basis? Planning to take the NCLEX para makapag work ako as a UM nurse. Ayoko na mag ospital 😅
Yeah! I reco you try it! Sa house ka lang, work in your PJs, and wake up 5mins before your shift. Need lang mag exercise and fasting kasi nakaka taba ha ha ha! Not sure about utilization management. I think iba siya sa UR.

in my half a year of working as a UR nurse. Different level of stress as compared to bedside but not physically tiring. Medyo nakakataba nga ang unhealthy rin in a way na nakaupo ka for 8 hours. Kaya during my downtime I try to exercise haha!
Im a certified medical coder, gusto ko sana ang work na to at mag take ng usrn next year. Kaso hindi naman atanako matatanggap sa work na to dahil wala ako clinical exp kahit PHRN ako. Never ako ngwork sa hosp or clinic. BPO at medical coding ang exp ko. May chance po kaya ako sa work n yan?

Yes counted since sa US naman talaga galing yun work na yun. Direct hire ito ha not staffing agency but let's say hospital target mo, go for hospital experience parin.

sila po, regular employee po siya hindi freelance style or stand alone contractor like sa ibang VA.
