this video starts out really well. I didn't even mind that it was in 2 languages but when you spoke less and less in English it felt like a waste of time. My hunch is that you had a lot of good info to offer but again it was less and less in eng.

Hi in my experience in two companies, they need licensed nurses. I know there is another account for other healthcare professionals. For example, there are healthcare accounts for doctors too.

as far as I can remember, initial interview and final interview lang samin. Yung ibang company may nursing knowledge/psyche exam pa.
USRN with only 2months bedside experience. nahihirapan mg bedside kasi my vocal chord paralysis ako... gusto ko sana mg BPO, preferably non voice..
with my limited bedside experience, pwd kaya ako mg apply as utilization review nurse?
Hey Razel! Of course pwede yan! Ang daming non-voice, bugbog lang talaga minsan sa clinical info kasi super haba! Try job street meron dun. If wala ka makita non-voice, apply ka sa voice then ask mo HR for non-voice :P

Yes po pero depende sa nag iinterview. may iba na sasabihin, "okay we're done with the interview" then biglaan mag tatagalog na kasi pwede na daw at hindi na recorded.
Awww.. mag nonosebleed pala talaga hehe..pero okay lang siguro if i’m not that fluent in english. I have social anxiety kasi and i think that’s the main reason why i feel like I’m not confident enough lalo na pag pinoy ang kausap ko.. awkward talaga as in! But so far, wala akong problema mag english if foreigner kausap ko :)

Hirap talaga ng tanong na " Do you plan to work abroad"? Ano naba best answer ngayon yung kahit naman obvious na may plan ka since USRN ka naman but will still sounds like a subtle no?

Jean depende yan sa employer mo. iba basta may one to two year ka exp sa hospital, okay na sakanila. Agency ang strict sa ganyan.

Depends on the institution, Aimee, pero yeah parang mas madali mag apply sa BPO.

They still do that now? In the past years, I applied to government/private hospitals and BPO companies... All about personality and how I handle things lang tanong sakin sa interview. walang technical kahit panel interview pa.
@@NursePhotographer hindi ko pa ulit natry this year. Nagsaudi na lang ulit ako nung bumagsak ako haha tapos after a year balik ulit sa pinas.. sana ganyan nga mga interview.. 🙏
