2 yrs of applying and I am struggling to find a remote job as a nurse. I’m talking 6-8 applications a day-and I swear once they see LPN is like - forget about it. I’m so losing hope.

Don’t loose hope. But see if there is more education you can get to make your application more marketable. I’m on the same boat.

Can you upload a video about how to search for potential remote RN jobs? I have 7 year clinical experience and haven’t found luck. A lot of places ask for case management.

I'm seriously contemplating a remote nursing job, but I need something I can do from a laptop anywhere, not restricted to my home state of Oklahoma. Not sure if that's possible. I will definitely get a compact license this time. Thanks for the great advice and useful resources.

Didn't think about narrowing my search for a remote job down to work im interested in - just love the QOL remote jobs offer. Do you have any tips on how new grads can do that?

She mentioned home health. It's a criminal industry - their pay structure is illegal (at least here in CA) and encourages negligence and fraud. But they'll hire anyone with a license and then offer you a bonus to rope in a friend, especially PT/OT.
They'll (indirectly) tell you that FT is 60-80 hours, but you can cut that down with a year of experience. (as long as that experience is learning to fall in line with corrupt negligence.)
But it is good case management exp. I did it for 10 years after a year of unemployment as a new grad post '08. I was so traumatized my the job hunt I put off looking WAY too long.
Pro-tip: Get an hourly job. This did not exist until 6 months after I left the industry but I have been getting cold call job offers recently offering hourly + company car for $100/mo. Failing that, sign on as pay-per-visit FT and only work 40 hours/week (and 8 hours/day depending on state). They will eventually tell you you need to sign paperwork shifting you to PT because you're not getting enough visits. Tell them to shove it. err, politely point out that you have hourly pay in your contract for office time and as an hourly worker you'll need OT. Labor law is SO ignored that even the HR department is probably ignorant of the law; this may go smoother if you do some state/federal labor research, get 30 min with your county's lawyer referral service, and ask them to write an official looking letter to present your employer.
At this point they will fire you ASAP by writing you up for BS that everyone does. After my 1st job I did this x3 cuz I never saw anyone advance from CM to anything but DON which is a much worse labor position; I wouldn't qualify for DON anyway - it's kinda like being a president - The right people need to know you're for sale to even be a contender. It takes about 2 years, so you'll probably have enough CM exp on your resume by the end.

hello, I would appreciate it if you help answer these questions: is it possible for a nurse that is outside the US to work a remote nurse job in the US or any other place in the world? and if yes, what are the qualifications needed? any legal issues? And how is the contract set?

Hello. I work remote for a decade as RN , most big organizations require US residency . Some require to be within state . It could be because of taxation rules , state rules , data protection etc . I’m not very sure .

Look into South Dakota. America's Mailbox will give you a street address. You have to stay one night in SD and then you can apply for Drivers license and Voters Reg. Haven't tried the nursing license, but planning on doing that in June. I am a travel nurse in a non compact state.....
