Sometimes there are stock associate positions. But usually just sales associates which can do cash register . If the store is a busy location they might have designated cash employees
They mostly look for people with a good amount of availability as well as personable so just be yourself 😁 I know group interviews can be scary at first but you’ll probably be more prepared then everyone else (:

Hey there! In most cases yes they are. Usually they hire more than one person at a time so it just makes it easier for them to do a group interview. I was nervous my first time but it’s honestly pretty relaxed and it gives u more time to think of your answers since the manager has to ask everyone the same questions!

I do not understand the stuff she send me to fill out there was a question about age it says [ are you under 16 or over 40 ] if someone is over 40 this person can't have job? thank you so much :)
I’m glad to hear the phone interview went well! :) They probably selected people that did well on the phone interview to come in person. They will most likely ask the same questions and show you around the store. For the question about age, in Canada they are only allowed to ask if you are under the age of 16. Asking if you are 40 or older would be an illegal question in Canada.
Hey! I’ve done early morning stock before (it’s similar) it was pretty chill tbh I liked it haha like it was quiet, we had some independence and got to listen to our own music while working
