Also stopping blood pressure tablets, I took 10 days off, checked twice daily, only got to 130/90 once, a few days after stopping, unfortunately I had a low level headache, so I'm back on half measures and monitoring daily, until I can speak to my doctor. I stopped the statin for a few months before my last blood test, crept slightly over/under "normal" on a few tests, so back to half measure for the last year and recheck soon. Hopefully diet, literally one "processed meal" a week, a little sugar, no fizzy drinks. (including my garden vegetables) will help cholesterol the same as blood pressure, nothing is much above normal, but because I had a stroke, it's a fight, even when I explained relative Vs actual risk to the doctor. They love their "guidelines" I'm doing intermittent fasting/restricted eating hours, cutting carbs, I don't eat a huge amount, just homemade bread and my own potatoes etc. Giving eggs a go too, trying to eat a little more keto diet at least until the next test. I tend to explain what I'm going to do and let them say why I shouldn't. I did so much research on this before i got some and took it, but NO ONE said that i might get a massive headache and severe dizziness. It also gave me horrible anxiety and i almost had a full blown panic attack!! I thought i might have been having a heart attack and almost went to the hospital. Then i got home from where i was, and looked it up and a bunch of people on redit said they got a horrible headache, severe dizziness and felt 'drunk', and thats exactly how i felt last night and i feel like i have a bad hangover today! Also, my kidneys hurt! Im not taking this again! Why do people get a headache and severe dizziness from it? I have several reasons that i think might be the reason, but i will never know for sure. I have semi-low BP... usually 105/65 or close... I am 66 and in good shape, work out often. Will nattokinase lower my BP more? Is serrapeptase necessary if taking nattokinase? I also have Leiden V, one mutation... and have had a nasty DVT due to this and testosterone replacement therapy, back in 9/20. Solved it in 2 months or so with Lumbrokinase and serrapeptase... After a recent Covid bout, the same leg started feeling heavy and achy... You may have took too big of a dose. Also, you may have experienced a detoxing effect from it.

You can take Natto. You can benefit from both. You can always take a few days off during the week/rotate which ones you are taking.

My regular BP was 140/90 with medication. After couple of weeks on Natto I went to 90/60 . I stopped the BP meds and my BP still good.
