Great idea...it gives us the end result so if we were to see a similar piece while out, we then know exactly what can be done with it because you already showed us in the video!! I enjoy watching how you thrift and turn those items into something new…….are even minimal that doesn’t take much like the hard back books with the bowl or the glass vase with the candle with the wood ring and just giving an old outdated lamp a makeover by giving it a new shade

Thrifting. I plan to do a lot of thrift shopping next holiday season for holiday decor and also after the beginning of the year to make home decor as well.
My favorite projects were #3 and #7. I'm not a fan of paint, so for #7, i would probably have refinished the bowl and left the planter with an entire wood look. Your videos are a treasure trove of ideas. Thanks for sharing..
The side table was super cute and would be easy for someone to do using the color palette in their own home. Also love love loved the lamp!! I am on the hunt for a decent shaped lamp. Not sure I would continue the paint up the stem of the light but otherwise, chefs kiss!! ❤

OMG Liz - I had those end tables you found AND a coffee table back in the 1990's and it was used when I got it - so it's from the 80's. I painted mine back in the day - eventually I sold it - I miss those tables - the 2nd shelf was cool to decorate - how funny!!!!

19:31 I got all excited because it was the exact same shape as the lamp you styled by that large glass vase, lol! I was thinking 'Oh, now she can have two!' Just to realize not even a second later that is was actually the exact lamp from that clip, just before you re-touched it!

I have that exact lamp but with a light blue/grey lampshade. I can't remember if it came with a white shade or the blue one. It was always in my blue/yellow master bedroom until we moved & now it's in my den.
My favorite item you did today was the small tin with lamb's ear added. So cute.
