Four things you learn, as you get older. 1. You can’t make real friends with fake people. 2. You sit back and observe, and realize that not everything needs a response. 3. You learn to trust your intuition… if something doesn’t feel right about a person, a place, or a situation, you don’t waste time trying to deny it. 4. The older you get, the less you feel a need for being included, understood, or accepted.

"Another problem for certain people is that they hear the voices of others speaking to them-the voice of their mother, the voice of their father, the voice of some other influential person in their life. "Life is an unprofitable episode disturbing the blessed calm of non existence" I agree with Arthur Schopenhauer on this matter. Even though I have a pretty good life and things to be grateful for, I can't help but get the feeling that when I am nearing the end of my life as an old person, I will feel exactly as Schopenhauer did. That there is no point to our existence and we'd be better off not having been put here in the first place.
"Of course, as with anyone who dares to be different, one can expect ridicule, anger, pity, contempt, and being misunderstood. I believe like anything in life, what you surround yourself with, is what you take on. You are free to choose what ever path you take, but it also means you are bound to the weight of those decisions. Meaning, we know that in excess of anything, we are bound to receive a negative outcome, or what seemed like a path of exploration becomes burdensome. Where you have to put thoughtful actions to get yourself out of the situation, then avoiding it entirely and not taking up that burden. Without the adventure, you would miss the shot that "could" possibly have turned into wisdom, but you also must know that you can sometimes pick a path, where you have to put time and energy to simply re-align yourself. As you can tell, if you do nothing but make bad decisions, well your then going to have a period of time where you all you can do is work at getting yourself out (which can be seen as a waste of time). But that the duality of choice!

Great video and conclusion. I have been very validated watching this channel. I must point out, however, that IMITATION is at first necessary for most people to learn/recognize the shortcomings of "being sheep." We first imitate our parents, siblings and individual family members in certain behaviors. Then we follow and sometimes imitate our school teachers as they give us local "facts," customs, reading and writing skills, and an initial setup of the world around us. It is after we've had some time to absorb, fit in, test and reflect on society and history that we BEGIN to form opinions, habits and attitudes that diverge (ideally without abandoning anyone in our family). There is intuition and some diverge earlier, as I did. But I believe I balanced both divergence and conformity (to make money and fulfill my ambitions, support a family and earn a pension, like most) for 22 years and was vested in a pension before I quit and began working creatively (and stoically) just outside my industry. I would credit imitation wholeheartedly as the principal way I learned ANYTHING. And at times, I probably even imitated Diogenes. I believe that alternation between the two helps us progress individually, just like walking and running have us alternate feet, and breathing has us alternate in or out. Call it yin-yang or living with paradox, but life doesn't seem to be either-or for very long.

Don't worry. I don't care about what others think. I only care about money.
lol
Money will betray you and never make you whole
I never met a dollar I didn't like
Money can keep you warm. That’s I made a quilt out of hundred dollar bills and now I can sleep with my money!

In biological terms we should help each other for the survival of the species unfortunately we just recently evolve a more complex brain a lot of people still has primitive perception of life i dont believe in a god i believe in evolution the problem with our society is we make misconceptions that being selfish is part of having that personality trait but its not true its just a gene expression inherited from an ancestor with an experienced of warfare and become a killer of clans that's why his aggressive and has sociopathic traits beacuse he inherited it from his warrior ancestor education of biology is better than religion or philosophy people will become more rational and emphatic if we remove completely religion from the equation and also religious people think they're special beacuse there imaginary god made them believe theyre superior to animals that's why farm animals are turtored like they dont matter like cows pigs chickens sheeps iam a vegan and i dont need religion and a god to be more emphatic but some people are just hardwired to be sociopaths unfortunately education is the key if we fucos on science we will reach a world with less suffering and closer to a utopia
