I tried your quinoa fried rice recipe.. I didn't have all the ingredients.. So i just put carrot cabbage and spring onions... And followed the recipe just as it is and it was damn goood.. My family loved it!!!

Saponin is natural soap. If you were trying to reduce your carbon footprint a lot, you could use the water used to wash quinoi instead of commercial detergents and it would be ok to go in the garden afterwards (provided whatever you were washining wasnt toxic that is.) So eat healthily and wash your dishes lol!
