I’ll take eating organic arugula every day, with its “bite” over suffering the effects of cancer surgery, radiation, chemo, convalescence, the exorbitant costs of cancer treatment and the worry shouldered by everyone affected by cancer. Everyone is affected by it.

All we did was put potting soil in the gaps and sprinkle the seed. We would mist it with water occasionally. Perfect environment, and it grew for quite a while until we left town and forget about it. Excellent addition to lettuce. If you are around the 30 degree latitude line and have a north facing porch or kitchen window, give it a go.

Arugula is part of my routine diet. I think in addition to what you mentioned in the video, it also increases the blood flow in the body. This is just an assumption since it's also known to be the "wild Rocca", and Rocca does exactly that. Rocca, on the other hand, has more of a bitter and sweet taste to it, which, according to some of Dr. Berg's videos, helps with liver cleansing. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

There is a popular doc here on YT that advertises a lot about his special olive oil. He found an olive oil from Morocco that has more of a component he feels is best. I believe it was Morocco. He said the growing conditions there are very harsh so the olives fight harder to survive and end result a higher quantity of this miracle component. I can’t find Moroccan EVOO here so I just bought the one that was recommended by the most Sicilian Italian I know. :). But I too would like to know what Dr Berg uses.

Go to the store and find the most expensive super special extra virgin olive oil. That's what he's buying. So would I if I could afford it.

@@ericcarve4476 hey thanks for reply. Indeed, I heard about the Moroccan EVOO as well. I've also had a hard time with my search. I also heard always choose an evoo from one origin. Even with that info I still struggle. That's why I'm interested in what he uses because I know he knows which one are the best..

@@hannabaal150 I went to a very very old school Italian store, nearly everyone was talking in Italian. The one I was recommended by someone I respect was $28 for one of those large aluminum bread box sized bottles. That will last me a good long time and when you break it down by ounce is darn cheap. So I have the best of the Italian community and in bulk is cheap.

I eat a lot of this in my salad once a week, mainly for the nutrients (OMAD everyday) but also for its peppery taste. Just wouldn’t be a salad without it.

I had high blood pressure and I’ve read that high Nitric Oxide has benefits including reducing blood pressure. Arugula is #2 plant with highest concentration of nitrates. #1 is red spinach but I’m concerned about Oxalates. It’s low in calories vs beetroots due to sugar content. I tried 1-2 cups of Arugula everyday with olive oil and ACV for 3 months. I have substantially cut back on meds after seeing improvements in blood pressure and am growing my own organic Arugula in my backyard. Arugula is extremely hardy and I can have multiple harvests from one planting (leave a bit of stem behind and it’ll grow back). I also got my morning wood even though I’m now in my 50’s. That was a shock and surprise.
