I had high blood pressure and I’ve read that high Nitric Oxide has benefits including reducing blood pressure. Arugula is #2 plant with highest concentration of nitrates. #1 is red spinach but I’m concerned about Oxalates. It’s low in calories vs beetroots due to sugar content. I tried 1-2 cups of Arugula everyday with olive oil and ACV for 3 months. I have substantially cut back on meds after seeing improvements in blood pressure and am growing my own organic Arugula in my backyard. Arugula is extremely hardy and I can have multiple harvests from one planting (leave a bit of stem behind and it’ll grow back). I also got my morning wood even though I’m now in my 50’s. That was a shock and surprise.
Dandelion greens, can you please do a video on health benefits.
❤️ He actually did do a video on that 1-2 times. The Video has good info too. Google the topic along with his name, you may be able to find it quickly this way.
I eat arugula everyday with Evoo & fresh lemon juice! Love it!
i love Arugula too. but is more expensive then other greenstuff.
my favorite recipe : 2/1 arugula / basil with roasted pine nuts and grated parmigiano reggiano
btw. thanks for all your videos. i'm on Keto and lost 10 kg in about 8 weeks with such an ease. it's a bit terrifying how easy it is.
I live in central Spain. Here it grows wild. Everywhere. Fallow fields are completely covered with it. I love it. Delicious. Thanks for the info. 👍👍
Organic greens are medicine for your body. Eat like a rabbit for longevity and a happy life. Love your channel
Maybe that explains why rabbits are prolific breeders?
@@ybe7011 LOL
Unfortunately humans dont have a digestive system like a rabbit.
How longue rabbit live?
Eating meat as well is medicine
I just started mixing it in with my salads- I think it increases my energy.
Arugula sounds tasty..will try to find some today at savalot!
Growing arugula, red leaf lettuce, and romaine. I combine them in salads, all great. I also saute the argulua w/ garlic, its great. Helps my pummel my GF's cervix 2x per day.
You turned me on to arugula a month ago. I now quite literally eat a GIANT baby arugula 4-5 times a week. I love it.

You are the reason why I eat aragula salads all the time now, had some with cucumbers, almond ginger sauce, pumpkin seeds and duck liver, I feel good😊 thatd my midnight snack😂
Is this "rocket" in the UK? I've never seen arugula here.
YES. Rocket or roquette.
Dr Berg, I'm pleased to hear the good news on this plant. I grow and eat a lot of it all year round. It's super easy to grow and once established, it self seeds and grows almost like a weed!
I'm coming up to 16 weeks on keto / IF and I'm 7 kg lighter. Bonus: I no longer have morning nausea until midday. Thanks.
My husband knows that when I ask him to pick up a salad from the grocery store it's arugula or nothing 😊
I looked for arugula at my closest grocer, Walmart, arugula was not available for sale in my local store. So tonight I will shop a another grocery store for arugula. I am ordering arugula seeds to plant ASAP and hope I can get a crop or two in before the weather turns hot this spring.
Most important things about arugula is CHLOROPHYLL! !
You don't need to buy expensive chlorophyll medicine, just make salad with aragula, garlic and basilic. 😉😀😊
i love arugula...a good salad with orange, spiced dry olives and thinly sliced red onion, evoo and Malden smoked salt flakes...yum town
Salty Cheese + little balsamic + any nuts you like walnut is the best + tomato + cucumber
i love that you can smell it before picking
Grows like a weed. Marvellous stuff.
I love the stuff, I eat it twice a week. it's great with poached eggs and bacon.
It's also good with parmesan shavings and olives.
Thank you : )
This is my go to salad. I love this the most.
I have been eating arugula since childhood & I grown it in boxes on the deck. My mother was a fantastic cook & we ate the Mediterranean diet.
I love it!
I really LIKE arugula . Thank you for doing this video. I am on keto and I wasn’t sure if aragula it’s on a ‘OK’ list
