    I just realized I've been calculating my calories wrong by placing in what I believed was my right activity level. Turns out I'm only lightly active. Thanks for the info, it's great I've discovered this earlier on. Congrats on your weight loss ,you look amazing✨

    For anyone watching this that macro calculator is helpful scroll to the bottom and they show u how much each food u may eat and how much protein fats carbs etc listed and how much u should be eating

    Good info. Could you please do a more in depth video on weighing & tracking your food. Trying to be proactive but still a little confused on how to count & weigh your food. That's why I always did keto be a I was thinking counting everything I eat was alot!!

    I think you look younger. But I think you lost your weight so Young that you don't have the aging characteristics. Someone in their 40s skin would look deflated.

      Thank you! Yes so many people say I look younger and taller when I see them (and haven’t seen them for a while) weight loss makes such a big difference in your appearance for sure. I know it can be harder as you get older, but definitely not impossible 💪🏾

      I don’t! It’s really no way to truly determine how many cals you burn

    Do you think it is normal to have a deficit of 1200 cal? I am 4 9 and i feel like its so restrictive. I do dumbbell workouts for 5 days and cardio after.
