📍Lake Ann to Cottonwood Pass
Lake Ann pass was one of my favorite passes on the entire Colorado Trail. We didn’t plan on hiking two passes that day, but after meeting another SOBO hiker- we made plans to all meet up and camp at the pond tor an easy hitch the following day. It was worth the push after a long day, as we made our way up Cottonwood Pass we saw a baby moose! The first and only we ever did see on the CT. 🫎
