For the Vanda, you can clean the black stains using hydrogen peroxide 3-7% . Use a cotton pad to wipe it. If your buds keep blasting, use Imidacloprid on the plant. Full strength. Use thrice over three weeks.

Hope you have a good collection of them. I have only two plants but the growth rate is very slow. It's like 17 months before I bought them. But not yet bloomed.
