I have actually never had that issue. But if I remember correctly there is a resetting button on the inside of the battery case. But then of course you have to be on the inside
Thank you Im glad to be able to help. I also tried changing the batteries all the time believing that they were the problem but it didn’t help. Than I found out that the out door handle wasn’t screwed on to the locker system so the handle was hanging down all the time so I screwed it stuck and after that I had less problems with my door lock.
Thanks good tips! I also had the issues and had a hard time to be able to get out.. So the trick is working thanks! I also had the voice saying: "Well come to Yale" Like as if you just put in new batteries.. We have had a big drop in outside temperature and the batteries capacity is dropping with lower ambient temperature, despite the are on the inside of the door. Some cold will set in anyway.. The voice come on despite the low battery warning light were not on. So no indication of low battery.. I replaced the batteries anyway when the voice indicates cold reboot. Hopefully this may solve the problems that I just got.. That is in the video?!
Managed to lock sometimes when the handel was in upright position, maybe i need that spacer plate? I found out it would lock when i pushed that «splint» hard and fast

Are the Handel on in or out side hanging down?
