Problems with broken Yale Doorman V2N lock

Here you can see lock failing to actually close/lock the door. This lock unit started to have random issues in a month after daily normal usage. It wouldn't lock automatically or not by pushing the lock button outside unit or inside unit. Only way to lock unit was to press reset button outside the lock unit. This problem was random so hard to show other than record it into video when it was on.
Abloy/Yale didn't believe unit can be faulty and they claimed it is the lock & door installation causing malfunction of the locking operation. Eventually I managed to justify faulty lock unit by sharing this video where lock fails and the other video where it works normally. They never explained what had caused molenoid breaking down and they also didn't cover the expenses for previous attempts to fix lock with local authorized Abloy service. They just replied earlier issues couldn't be due to broken molenoid but it had to be just poor installation of lock & door.
If you encounter random locking issues with your Yale Doorman V2N then hopefully these videos show how to identify possible molenoid issue and how to record similar proofs to Abloy/Yale if they don't believe you.

Did you have to buy a new lock? Or was it possible to repair? I have the same problem now. The lock is 2 or 3 years now.
