    With the last model EC685 it is not necessary to remove the metal tube of steam supplier.
    Simply put it in "hot milk" position. The air intake remains closed.
    You can alternate both positions "capuccino" to "hot milk" in order to obtein the desired foam texture.

      Depending on the bean (i use the skerton pro, shouldn't be way off), I grind between 2 and 5 clics for espresso. The darker, the less clics you use.

    • @blockout5346
      @blockout5346 4 роки тому +1

      I guess YES for that machine with standard basket, because standard basket has a double bottom. So IMO it needs more power for extraction. If you would take the grind level what is usual for bigger, more expansive machines - no coffee would come out of the basket. At home I use a Rancilio Silvia, at work a Delonghi Dedica 685. For the Rancilio a much finer coffee powder is necessary for a good extraction time than for the Delonghi. I use for both a Eureka Mignon Perfetto grinder with timer function - highly recommended, great machine!

    Спасибо за видео! Вот уже не первый месяц я бьюсь с данной кофеваркой чтобы получить похожий результат. Конечно, основная проблема с взбиванием - даже без панарелло не удаётся достичь стабильно приемлемого результата - либо молоко остается водянистым с малым количеством пены, либо пена слишком пузыристая. Использую Пармалат пастеризованное 3,2. Может, есть ещё какой-то секрет? Также при вливании, даже аккуратном, молоко часто слишком разрушает крема, после чего рисовать конечно становиться мало возможным. Как я понял из предыдущих комментариев, возможным решением будет использование бленда с робустой для получения более высокой и плотной крема?

    • @GreenBeanCoffee
      @GreenBeanCoffee  4 роки тому +2

      Уточняющие вопросы:
      1) пармалат 3,2 это жирность или количество белков?
      2) какой кофе и в каком виде, какой помол и чем?
      Хорошо сваренный эспрессо конечно упрощает достижение красивого результата, но по наблюдениям, идеально взбитое молоко на большой профи машине можно вливать в любую подкрашенную жижу и будет получаться красиво. Дело в том, что первая часть молока, вливаемая (питчер чуть выше от поверхности, сантиметров 10) в цветную жидкость, перемешивается и окрашивается в цвет этой жидкости. Дальше через 1-2 секунды носик опускается и вливается остальное молоко, формируя белый рисунок на поверхности. Чем ниже питчер, тем меньше молоко проваливается через сформировавшуюся шапку пены. Смесь с робустой помогает улучшить качество крема на поверхности эспрессо, так как в робусте больше выделяемого углекислого газа в процессе заваривания.
      если есть возможность, добавь фото или видео с результатом, тогда смогу подсказать в какую сторону смещать настройки. Или оставь контакт для прямого общения. Чем смогу, помогу.
