Thanks for the recipe! My room mates girlfriend is an ashanti from ghana and makes jollof rice sometimes and i just love it. Now i can surprise them both and make it for all of us! Best wishes from Germany and keep up the yummy work 🙏
You made it so easy for me! Thanks a bunch! I just successfully cooked my first ever Jollof Rich... Yay!!!! Whilst eating it, I couldn’t believe it would taste this good. God bless you! 😘😘😘
OMG! Thank you for your stance on the stupid jollof rice war! I'm so tired of people comparing the two but failing to realize that there is no set way to make the dish because different people, whether Ghanaian or Nigerian, make it their own way!
After watching this, I am hungry. You make cooking look so effortless. I have learnt a thing or more that i'm going to practice the next time i am making Jollof. Thanks.
OMG😍.Your children are gonna say my mummy is the best cook In the world.I tried it today and the results was impeccable😉.My first trial was a success.I love you💖. Keep it up.I really look forward to practice more....You are very pretty too😍👌...

I only recently realized that rice cooks better with steam. Little wonder we arrive at saggy or undercooked jollof rice. The foil paper thingy is golden. Thanks.
I love this as I know from experience that this will definitely taste delicious even though you added no fish (fresh or dried), no chicken/beef or the stock. Oh! but when did you cook and add the beautiful laid out beef cuts? Looks very good though. Thanks Winnie.
Following ur recipe to cook mine now bt not using all u used tho.. I v sticky rice cus d country I am it's rare to see our kind of rice. I love to cook like you for my husband wen am bak in d country🙏
Hello Mandy, sorry to hear this. But one way to combat sticky is to ensure you wash it as many times as possible to remove any trace of extra starch, then cook it with very little amount of water on the lowest possible heat. Try this method, it might just come out better. Let me know how it turns out okay...
I had to watch this cos my jellof almost always becomes sticky after cooking. Could it be adding too much water? P.S you have such a beautiful voice and a bright, lively personality, I most times get distracted it. Lol
Thanks for this video . I appreciated it more today when I went to see my boyfriend and he said he wants to eat jollof rice. And I'm not a jollof rice fan
Hello, I’ve been watching a lot of jollof rice recipes, and I’ve noticed most people use white pepper, does it contribute to the part jollof taste or can you easily substitute with black pepper?
I have a jolly rice video perfect for the holiday season. I will upload it before Christmas okay. I think you should use that instead. You will love it. As per your request on Nsala soup, i have noted it and work on producing a video tutorial
Hello Rosemary, for the pepper mix I blended 3 fresh tomatoes, 5 tatashe a.k.a red bell chili pepper, 1 onion bulb and 3 garlic gloves and I fried with some vegetable oil.

deribe bolori it certainly is!!😁
I never test it, but soon i will.
deribe bolori 😊😊 for me there's no jelof rice without fresh nutmeg nd fresh time. It give it a super bomb flavour.
She is pretty too
It's actually Gambian
It's actually "Senegambian" originating from the trible "Wolof". It's gained notoriety given it's prevalence in Nigeria.
What kind of curry powder?
there's only one type of curry powder i am aware of...
what makes up peppermix
Hello Rosemary, for the pepper mix I blended 3 fresh tomatoes, 5 tatashe a.k.a red bell chili pepper, 1 onion bulb and 3 garlic gloves and I fried with some vegetable oil.
Wow,that's a lot of pepper right?
No, its not.
Tin tomato not Necessary ?

Nigeria eggs roll
Please why don't you add tomato paste to it

Do I have to use sombo and chilli peppers? Because I don’t like spicy
It adds flavor to the dish and it is a must. Just reduce the quantity used.
