You just saved my life!☺️ I’m Nigerian but lived in the states my whole life and married an American who does not eat spicy foods sooooo I did not have to learn too much but now my kids love Nigerian food as do I and I felt bad that they could only have it at grandmas house. I was too embarrassed to ask my mom as she kept urging me to learn growing up. Cooking comes easy as long as I have instructions and you were the best teacher. I’m still surprised it really tasted like party rice💯. God Bless You and your family!

Don't be embarrassed to ask. Our parents even though they practise tough love, inside they feel flattered when we still need their help. I am still going to use this to try and make the Joloff rice but if I had a parent that was native of a cuisine I liked, I would definitely use the privilege :)

    Another great hit for me.
I’ve gained 6kg in 1 week as my fridge is now full (veg yam, bell pepper rice and this). I didn’t use the foil cover but added my favorite shrimps plus coconut milk. It was the bomb!!!
Also first time I added nutmeg (honestly it was great).
I saved the extra sauce again (stomach insurance)
    👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 for you, Zeelicious!
If I add more weight I’ll report u to DSS.
    Thanks once again.
    Keep it coming.

OMG!!! Firstly J. Rice is my favorite. However, I have only got it right once, so I never bothered cooking it myself I just ordered them. I have always wanted to learn, somehow I found your video and Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! Boy am I proud of myself. It does not just have the party jollof rice smell but the taste is wawo..... Even though I did not use tatashe (not sure if that's the spelling) since I'm abroad and could not get it, it came out FANTASTIC!!! I used bell peppers instead with a bit of steamed tomatoes and ofcourse the tin tomatoes... I did not add curry and nutmeg (because I did not have some and we have a snow storm) however, I am more than happy with the taste and the smell.
Thank you so much I wish I could like the video 1 million time.
God bless you and your family!!!
