Hats off to you 👍 You beat all other videos of waterfall hollow. You showed how Simply one can do a waterfall, cascading thru rocks, yet a beautiful piece of work with water Always wondered why so many workers & technicians & machinery to create a natural looking waterfall or pond. Keep it up
That is fabulous, even without a pond. I think this is a work of art!! The sound is like being in a forest near a flowing creek, with wild life included. Awesome creation. Thank you for sharing🌹
@@TheVeloWeb Wow, that is great that you built another one. I just love how everything came together so nicely, and you worked together. Did you video tape the new one being built?
Your video came across my feed randomly and I am so grateful that it did. What a beautiful space you have created! Thank you for sharing your work. Definitely inspired my own creativity😊
This is one of the most beautiful artificial waterfall I found on the youtube. I really love it, thanks for sharing, sending love from Buenos Aires Argentina!
you should utube professional ones............they are simple like this high millions of dollars.............amazing, its like creating your own planet
I was to be honest expecting a DIY disaster, but I was surprised that you indeed have the spirit of vision and artistry in your creation. What a wonderful and beautiful end result to hard thought out water feature. I can see from your work you had know how, but so very pleased that you also had the touch of an artist in your work too. It is true, water brings life, as soon as you have running water in your yard you will find God's little creatures come to your beautiful garden to drink, bath or use your water feature as it's habitat. My hat is off to you friend, well done.
Thanks John. I hope it helped with your research. Next time, I'd spring for a commercial pump vault or use a wider container. This would allow more room for plumbing design. And, I may just do that, as we moved in June. The new yard is a blank canvas, and swarming with birds, as the new place borders an oak forest.
I watched this vid in spellbound wonder at how you might create such timeless beauty out of seeming chaos... but the end result looks to have been worth all the effort! Congratulations on a fabulous creation. ps---Love the soundtrack!
Thanks, Tom. It is surely a pleasure to sit on the deck with a cold one on these summer days and watch the birds. Indeed, it's time to light the barbecue. Fresh sockeye awaits.
This is the very best of the BEST! I may have to improve on mine after this but is winter in Australia. Wonderful camerawork too! Now it is time to stay home and enjoy it all!
WOW wow and wow. You are so talented just like my father. Making something wonderful from nothing. DIY at it's very best.. Love your work from the very beginning. Goes to show loosing once marbles isn't that bad after all. :-) I score 11/10
Very nice work. Thanks for sharing. I am going to model my system after yours. However, I will be building more of a waterfall wall, not as much of a stream. Wish me luck. What GPH pump did you use?
This is GORGEOUS! Thanks for such a great video. I am thinking of doing something along the lines of this but maybe at a third of the size. Just curious, can you tell us about the pump and how many gallons of water per hour it pumps? Also, has your electric bill gone up a lot? This will determine whether or not I will want to do this for my home.
Thanks. Sorry I'm late to this. Since this, I've moved and built another, I think better, waterfall. That pump was 1200 GPH. My new one pumps 2000. According to calculations, that's equivalent to running a 100W incandescent bulb 24/7. For us here, at our rates, it will average $80 per year. Well worth the enjoyment. Make sure you check stats on the pump you buy. I recommend an asynchronous unit.
Hats off to you 👍

Thanks a lot 😊
One of the better pondless waterfalls I have ever seen and towards the end it was better than watching a nature programme
Thank you very much David! Appreciate the feedback ... especially such kudos! :)
Amazing. Congratullations for this lovely place. 👍
Beautiful! Great idea with the ABS pipe to fill the vault void!
Your water flow over the big flat rocks remind me of the high Sierra. Beautiful. Yours is one of my favorites.
Thanks. My water features are inspired by my days as a mountaineer.
I love it..fantastic job! I love how you showed the nature embracing your creation of the family circle
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you, Debra. I've since moved and made a new one. Look for that video soon.

I will😊
Very smart choices. Love your walkways, and new deck, and of course your waterfall. I hope you enjoy it for many years to come.
I did enjoy it for a couple of years but have since moved and, last winter, built a new one.

Yes @@53muse I have lots of stills and video clips I'll be making into a new tutorial.

I'm glad to have inspired you. That's what all my work is about: to encourage people to connect with nature, even in the city.
This is beautiful! Love how you captured the animals, birds, and insects at the end.
Thanks Van!
You have an eye for waterfall creation. Very nice.
Thank you. I believe my latest one is better. But I think I have to hire some outside muscle for the next one. :)
Wow! Great job, great video! Beautiful backyard.
Cheers.

This is one of the better ones I've seen. Nicely done. We are going to start one soon after a bit more research. Lots of birds here in Australia.

That's a good question. I made one more after this but my wrists are telling me that's the last. All moved by hand (and various levers and planks.

Hello my good friend. Unfortunately, that water outlet is not available in my country. I was sad
Sorry to hear that
