We've all seen them, the waterfall that is built straight up out of nowhere, like a volcano rising up from the earth! Today we show you how we take one of these "Volcano Cascades" and turn it into a complete waterfall rebuild featuring a long, flowing stream with multiple cascading waterfalls.

As a retired heavy equipment operator, I loved rocks my whole life. Always wanted to build a nice waterfall/creek. Now it’s going to happen. I bought 4 dump truck loads of huge quarried boulders off Craigslist for $800, rented a big excavator to load them, and a truck to haul them, and they are on my place waiting to be placed.
I’m on 3 acres and have sloped land so I’m all set. I even bought a mini excavator with 3 buckets.
Now I’m doing my homework, watching videos, and have a local guy lined up for consulting, and perhaps to help. I know nothing about placing fabric or liner and I want to get it right the first time.
You can do it! I have 2 acres and also on a hill. I'm just about ready to get started

I'm building a pond now and almost did a straight up waterfall thank you for giving me a idea to do it different!
This is the second one I’ve watched and it is absolutely amazing! I think the plants and lights made ALL the difference! Very well done. Just beautiful!
It is absolutely beautiful! The only thing I kept thinking about was adding another stream going around between the trees and coming together where it enters the pond! It could get rid of a little more of the stacked look!
That waterfall and stream looks great! Big, I mean BIG improvement over what was there before. Soon maybe, this customer might have you come back and create a more natural looking pond. Awesome job guys!

@@AtlantisWaterGardens Absolutely, I should clarify the reason I want a pond is for koi. Aquascape ponds for the most part are only 2 ft deep (unless you break the bank and buy one of their recreational ponds). For healthy koi, many enthusiasts have said koi ponds should be at least 4 ft deep. One, for protection against predators, two, protection from the sun/heat/UV lights, and third, shallow ponds will stunt the fishes growth. Koi fish can be very expensive and placing one in a pond which lacks protection and adequate space is the main reasoning for my dislike of Aquascape ponds. With that being said... keep up the good work, I enjoy your channel!

Y' all are the best. One thing I would like in the video description would be things like pump volume, pond size, #'s of rock etc. That is an awesome waterfall but I have no idea how much water is flowing over it.
This is the prettiest waterfall and stream I have seen yet. I would have loved some more detail in it as I am building one myself in a small area and need a few specifics but I seriously love this video! Thank you 😊

Fantastic appeal, natural look with no elevation to start. I’ve recently started “Twisted Waterfalls” in Dallas/Ft. Worth from scratch. My first projects are at my home learning how to do the type of natural systems your creating. I have been certified as a contractor with Atlantic Water Gardens and a dealer with Universalrocks. I made my first two several years ago by purchasing kits and watching videos. They were built as a surprise for my wife while she was out of town. When she came home, WOW, brownie points to spare. Liked it so much I started a company. I just hope I can create the emotions you’ve created for your customers. Great work. Bryan

tbh. i would cover these filters and pumpstuff with a small wooden box even all those electric cabels that's wasting all the effort of this nice waterfall. and adding another light source to the start of the stream would be highlighting the height of the volcano style.
