I am installing my ALG in my FM-AK47-11 tomorrow. Watched the ALG video which was helpful, but your video was great. The close up camera work was super and I feel real comfortable in making the install myself. Have done a lot of work on ARs and this will be my first work on the AK. Thanks for the excellent video.

Trigger went in perfect. Did have to use the safety roll pin to work with Krebs VII safety. No issues with trigger reset using the ALG High Energy spring on the FIME Molot Vepr.

Awesome glad our video helped you out, what do you think about the feel of the trigger?

Trigger is super crisp compared to the Arsenal style trigger that came with the gun. I was concerned the weight was going to be a little light, but that is not the case. I like the profile on the Lightning Bow trigger; same as I have on my Tavor. I'm not sure I could have asked for a better trigger for $60.

Amazing video guys! Also the intro was funny, and so you know some of us do care.
Trigger installed on my FIME Molot VEPR in about 10 minutes with help from your video. No modifications at all... just straight drop in. Thank you Ken and Scott for the amazing job you did presenting this in an easy, and concise manner. Wish you guys all the best!

Nice video guys! I have the ALG trigger , ALG Power Spring , Krebbs fcg retainer, and the Power Custom extended axis pins installed in my Arsenal slr107, what a nice rifle it is to shoot! (extended axis pins) 😎

Great video but complete and total understatement about how much of a PITA it is to compress the ALG recoil spring and get it back together, lol. Thanks for the video though, it was very helpful! Also, if anyone is in the same boat I was, I had a 1970 Izhmash parts kit build and the carrier was jumping the rails if charged too slowly...this recoil spring fixed the issue and it now cycles reliably even if you ride the bolt back too slowly.

Just picked up the ALG recoil spring for my Circle 11 1969 parts kit. Im pretty sure thats the OG spring from 69. Next is a KNS has piston. My shells are getting launched into the next zip code. 😂

Can't stress enough on being careful untying the hammer springs. Took one across my thumbnail and it was like smashing it with a real hammer!

Great video on the install. Very good close camera work. When I installed the ALG ak trigger with the high energy main spring with and without the auxiliary trigger spring the trigger would not reset while holding the trigger back. It would reset on its on if I let go of the trigger and charged the bolt. I reinstalled the stock braided spring and it functioned fine. I did not shoot the gun with the high energy spring installed. It seemed that the hammer was stuck under the hook of the disconnector. It instead of the hook on the trigger. You could ease the trigger foreword with the side of you trigger finger to let the trigger reset. This did this even after I lubed the indicated areas on the directions. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm definitely pleased with the trigger and trigger pull. Just confused about the high energy mainspring. Thanks

I heard you can use the cap from the cleaning kit or a 12 gauge shell to contain the spring instead of tying it. I haven't tried it yet, though. I just try to be careful, have been bit a few times though!

my recoil spring just pull spring bake and pull down on roll piece and slide it out to the side. just has a slot in it. id get rid of that find one easier to take spring off and on. the E clipsb never seen those on a ak those seem about the hardest pin retainers to usemine had original spring type got rid of that first thing went to the plate type
