regarding your hand, I had carpal tunnel really bad in both wrists from years or carrying trays bartending, cashiering in a busy grocery store and 20 years of slicing meats and cheese in a deli. I cured it by sleeping with a rigid brace for a whole year. it fit the palm of your hand and extended about 6 inches up my wrist.you attach it with elastic bandage wrap.totally healed with this method. great job on the fridge wrap and I like all the reno's.
