You can go into custom settings on synapse. You can sync the wave mode on the mousemat along with your mouse and keyboard. Makes it look much more fluid and synchronized.

I just want to say, it makes a lot of sense for the extended version not to have the cable routing options as the power box isn’t anywhere near your mouse and it just wouldn’t work to route your mouse all the way to the power box.
That heartbeat sound in the background (I guess some sort of music with weird bass) is really annoying.

The little pad has the clips because it’s likely you’ll route your mouse cable through there.
The large pad doesn’t have the clips because your keyboard will most likely sit on that side and most keyboard cables are too thick to route through there.

I brought it on release, I knew already how it would be, id say only buy this if you really want a extended mouse pad with lights if not the firefly is way better with all the effects, or hope they come out with a extended firefly in the future but im sure it will be like double the price

I bought a Razer Goliathus in November 2016. It was dirty so I washed it in the dishwasher and dried it in the drying machine. It did a great job. Looks like new.

@@williebarnes2074 Not at all. Even the design is still nice and clean. You want to set the washing machine to 'delicate' position. Of course you don't add other pieces of clothing in the machine. Just the matt.

A friend of mine washes his keyboard in the dishwasher and let if dry for 24 hours. I have a STRIKE 7 from MadCatz with a screen so I never tried. But I remove all the keys, put them in a little bag and wash them in the dishwasher.

Why does the LED turn off when I start my games? I can't find any setting that says for it to do this.
I have it set to a static blue to match my speakers, mouse and keyboard and when I start, say Doom, the mat lighting turns off? Defeats the purpose much?
How do I sync up my keyboard and mousepad lighting effect like you did in your video? I want a wave effect where the keyboard is in sync with the mousepad, but where I'm at now is the keyboard is waving across the whole keyboard, but the mousepad is just cycling through solid colours rather than being in tandem with the gradient in the keyboard

Just bought the hyperflux but honestly so far it’s been a mess it dies randomly and the firefly doesn’t even light up after updating synapse
do you know how to proper clean one of these?I own the quartz edition and it will stain more easily :C
Get a sponge and then put a bit of soap and water on the sponge and then rub it on the mouse pad and then keep rubbing it until its clean and just use a tissue or clothe to dry the rest
what im really interested in is the cables where r they going at and why the keyboard cable isnt hiding ? did he drill a hole in the desk

I have this and im afraid to try a "real" mousepad. Love it, use it for everything with both a Logitech G600 and Razer Viper Ultimate.
only complaint is one rgb zone. Would love more customization. After a full year of use, this is plenty of mosuepad space with a tkl keyboard (blackwidow te), and a good integrated accent to whatever rgb theme im running any given day of the week

This mousepad uses 2 LED in the powerbox to extend the color to the fiber optics tube. i think so.

well that answers a question I had there is no reason at all to get the large pad with the huntsman I expected that black to eat the huntsman underglow and since thats pads glows is not as tight as the huntsman its only worth getting the normal sized goliathus.

Quick question. I couldnt find this extended mouse pad so I ended up getting 2x firefly v2...
In the razer synapse I can only control 1 of them. only 1 appear in the app.
When I remove one of them, the lights profile transfer to the one still connected, and once I reconnect the extra firely v2, it will lights up normally, no control on the lights, just 1 mode. and when I disconnect the one I did control, the lights profile transfers again.
Since firefly v2 dont have a memory built-in, it doesnt keep the chroma settings.
Any idea what I should do?
Can a USB splitter cable do the job ?
Is there a way to make the synapse app. recognize both of them as 1 ?
or maybe change the way windows recognizes and separate them somehow?

because i just buy one and if i change the light to white the led in the bottom right corner is slightly yellow but the top left near the connector is white.and it's not only white but blue is slightly purple also.

Yo Frank, I see u painted your G502 which is nice, Also, do you know how I can quiet the scroll wheel because when I move the mouse fast from side to side, the scroll wheel moves sideways and makes noise any way to fix that? Comming from G402.

would really like to know that too. if the goliathus chroma could have the wave effect through advanced settings while my keyboard and mouse got wave from quick settings i would be all set, but i can't make this work no matter what I do
I'm assuming no mouse cable clips because it would just not work well considering most people have the mouse on the right side and keyboard on the left. The mouse cable would most likely get caught up on the keyboard too often.

You should try to get at least $1000 saved up for it to really get a pc that you’ll love! I know it’ll seem like a long wait but it will be so worth it!
Hate be the bearer of bad news but 150 bucks isn't nearly enough for a decent pc. Most decent parts for a pc are gonna cost more than that alone. Should probably do some research and start saving

Cable management clips is useless on extended version. On normal one its maded for the mouse, but on extended you have a keyboard close to it. It would've been useful only for left-handed people.
The border where the chroma lights are attached, there are black strings that are irritable to skin. It is so rough when you use it, it wil scratch your skin.
