- In this video, we remove the existing single car garage and build a larger two-car garage with a mudroom and office.
Our goal was to make this project look as seamless as possible. We used engineered trusses to match the existing roofline, and matched roofing, siding, and bricks.

Price of garage? I have a slab next to my house. And I always think about just making it into a tandem garage.
I know your price will not be the same as mine but at least I’ll know a rough figure
How big is the slab sq footage ? You can just get a poll barn and sit it on top buddy save a lot. Can many get one 25x25 for 17k Canadian.
So 2 car garage have 4 windows

Look at the right garage lol if u have a little car ur bumper is gone that’s like a 1ft drop
So they should have made the foundation sloped? lolol.... Let's use common sense here. They still have to repave the driveway. You can't just add a slope that large on top of existing pavement. Well, you can, It is a giant waste of money as it won't last a winter.
Exactly. They have to level it. They were contracted to build. A garage not a drive way. It’s the owners job to contract a company to do an addition to the driveway as well
