Your long hair in 2020 looks very nice after you started finasteride. I wish my hair was like that again like it was before my hair loss started in 2022, and even on treatments I still can’t the hair to regrow like it was like that right now. Lots of missing hair all over the scalp and even the sides of my head.
your young strong blood flow so all good in your youth congrats.
Does finasteride effect your beard ? Like lower the number of beard hair or slow growth, hope you elaborate 👀
Do you have any suggestion for hair grey prevention for example melanin and when / how to use?
What size of needle do you recommend for microneedling
shall we use derma roller and minoxidile on all area that we want to grow hair or just on the front line on forehead to get full result for all area?
What do you think about low light later therapy?

@algarrido wanted to ask you what to use ?
Minoxidile + derma needling and finasteride or Dutasteride?
Should I take finasteride or dutasteride?
Please let me know
It's better to start with Finasteride. Most of the times, Finasteride is enough to stop hair loss, and its easier to get.
If you find this comment plz try to help Al
Can i take creatine while on dutastride and minoxidil
Also i am 20 at nw2 nearing nw3 so my dermatologist suggested me directly dutastride instead of fin
So what should be my dosage he recommended everyday 1pill but i think it could be too much
Brother I’m using finastride and dutastride both from few months and it works properly my hair loss was stoped but suddenly my hair loss started again I’m very worry about that please suggest me something
How many times should i use Dermaroller per week?? i hope i get reply for this question . Thank you🙏
Once a week is enough 👍
Hey Al I hope you are feeling awesome! Do you think minoxidil and Dermaroller is enough for a guy between Norwood 1 & 2? Because Finasteride side effects is not something I want to risk if I still have thick and dense hair, only receding. And do we loose all gains for minoxidil if we stop using it? Shot G!
In that case, you'll be able to regrow your receding hairline for some years. But in the long term, it is possible that your hair loss continues to get worse. In which case, you'll need to start finasteride anyway. I'd honestly consult with your doctor. It may be best to only use finasteride as a sole treatment. You can consider yourself lucky if you only need to use one treatment, and finasteride is the easiest to use. Also, about the side effects: if you try it and it turns out you have them, you can just quit and the side effects will go away too. But as I said, consult it with your doctor.
@@algarrido Doctors are useless Al and you know it haha. They just mentioned the side effects of finasteride. So the choice is mine now really...
I am thinking of just dermarolling and using minoxidil to grow it for some years and see if I am even prone to androgenetic alopecia then. Because I think I dont even have it in my genes.
Then if it ends up falling out, I'd take finasteride then.
I wanna ask you something how much is the daily hair loss and did your loos hair when you shower? Or when brushing your hair , or when running your hand in your hair?
Well, at the beginning of using these treatments, the daily hair loss was high, more than 100 hairs. Now it's nowhere near that. I can't say how many for sure, but I don't see many in the sink as before.
@@algarrido my father has a receding hairline, but I am not so can I use these treatment before I see any signs of mail but baldness my father is like Norwood three
do u have to do microneedling for life?
how long to give finasteride before getting on dutasteride? is it normal to see the scalp when ur hair is wet?
You should use finasteride at least 1 year, because finasteride's results can take that long.
Did you try minoxidil BEFORE trying microneedling, or did you start them at the same time?
I started both at the same time
@@algarridois that necessary to wash your after using minoxidil
Bro what's your age?@@tahirabbas2049
Can u show us how much hair u still lose daily on the med even after 18 months i am on cin and oose hair 20 30 daily

How old are you?
Hello AI , I started finastreride from 1month 10days but still hair was losing is it work or not work ? And explain how it works, when the results can see , could you please reply
What you are experiencing is the usual shedding phase. You will start to see significant hair growth after 3 to 6 months using the treatment
Which minoxidil are you using please reply ❤
He literally said it’s in the description
Hey, this one is by Doppelherz, it’s a German local brand and I am using the same as I live here, it’s a very good one but not sure if that’s available in your region
No more dutasteride ?
Mention the best size of needles of dermaroller
.5-1.5, i use 1.5
minoxidil once a day enough for hair regrowth on receding hairline?
Yes, that's how often I use it. For me it was enough, the results in the video are from once a day
what are your takes on oral minoxidil ???
I believe it's a last-resort solution. It's much better to start with topical minoxidil, which is much safer. If that doesn't work, you can consider, together with your doctor the possibility.
@@algarrido thnx alot for clearing confusion
Tretinoin or derma roller which is better with minoxidil?
Hard to say, because there was no direct comparison. If you ask me, derma rolling is better, and easier to find
@@algarrido plzz tell me how I use tretinoin with minoxidil?
Thanks for your video. So I have been using the dermaroller for 1 month now and my hair seems to fall out even more. Is that normal?
Yes, that can be the initial shedding phase, where weak hair fall to be replaced by stronger ones. Are you also using minoxidil?
@@algarrido I have been using rosemary oil but I will switch to minoxidil. 😊 I hope it will help and improve my hair
How long does the shedding phase usually last?
I am having a low libido just after taking two tablets of 1 mg finasteride
Is dutasteride better than finasteride? I’ve heard it is
Yes, Dutasteride is stronger in combating hair loss than finasteride, because it blocks the 5-alpha-reductase type 1, 2 and 3. Finasteride only blocks the type 2
@@algarridominoxidil losses its effectiveness after a few years. Finasteride is much better.
@@algarrido can you take it orally? Are the side effects worse as well?
I want to use finasteride, but I do not want minoxidil. Is there an alternative to minoxidil?
There is no hair stimulator treatment as effective as minoxidil. Not even Rosemary oil etc. I'd say derma rolling is the next best thing
@@algarrido are you trying the rosemary oil
Copper peptide or minoxidil? Which is better?
Minoxidil 100%
Fait vous de la rétention d'eau a cause du minoxidill
But minoxidil is harmful instead rosemary is not harmful
shall we use Finansteride forever?
No not for a long time and if you're planning to marry ,you have to stop using finasteride before 6 Month's
@@jawaharlal4773 to marry??? why
Hi Al, would you recommed finastride to an 18 year old?
Bro still u hair falls out now also like 5to10 hairs
Hey Al, do you recommend derma rolling if you are on oral minoxidil?
Yes, because it also helps regrow hair on its own.
@@algarrido how long you had to wait to wait to see results on fin?
You will start to see results in the first 3 months, but it will be very noticeable after 6 months. The peak of the results comes after 1 to 1.5 years using it
Just how many fkin times did you regrow your hair exactly
How to control DHT, naturally 😢😢
Right now, there's no found way. Saw palmetto is the closest natural treatment. But it's not very effective
what about shampoo like nizoral with ketakornazol?
Head and shoulders is also good alternative to get rid of the DHT in your scalp with its Zinc solution.
@@limelife7457give me some details tell ,plz
@@algarridoblack seed oil with cats claw ...detox the body of inflammation.
Inflammation in the scalp is also associated with DHT.
Not 18 years , it's 18 months 😊
Isn’t your hair regrowth because of your use of dutasteride?
18 years 😂
I'm currently using 5% minoxidil twice a day, and it's been effective in covering most of my bald spots. In the future, I want to ensure that the effectiveness of minoxidil doesn't diminish. In your video, you mentioned overcoming the problem of reduced effectiveness over the years but didn't explain how. Could you kindly provide a tip on how to prevent this change? @algarrido

It's a great question, it was implied with the treatments and routine I use. First, you need a DHT blocker like Finasteride, because Minoxidil by itself can only slow down hair loss. Second, the derma roller will allow you to gain better results with minoxidil, since it allows the liquid to reach the follicles better.
