Whats happening familia! Its starting to get hot out and with that we need to start figuring out other methods of staying cool without losing our cool lol If your anything like me and want to continue to look dapper and wear blazers or suit jackets throughout the warmer weather you guys have to get yourselves an unconstructed jacket, it'll save your life.

So in this video we will be discussing what the characteristics are of an unconstructed blazer as opposed to a constructed blazer well be talking about why its perfect or all seasons and lastly we will cover how to wear an unconstructed jacket 3 ways.
Unconstructed blazers are a great way to style up any outfit but not feel like your wearing an extra layer of clothing. Ill be honest lately that’s all I’ve been wanting to wear. I was able to experience my first unconstructed jacket at indochino they offer the option to have a jacket unconstructed and I fell in love. Im a guy with broad shoulders so I find it better for me to wear something with less padding because I don’t look so broad and square. I think that the unconstructed blazer is perfect for year around because with brands like Indochino you can get an unconstructed jacket with any fabric so you can get a heavy weight for the winter and a lighter weight for the summer.

Which look was your favorite?
Deconstructed jacket is something I might actually *want* to wear. Traditional jackets occupy a very strange space. When it's hot you don't want to wear any jacket in the first place (unless the situation calls for it) and when it's cold you might just as well wear an overcoat. Also if the jacket is too structured you have less options for dressing down whereas with this you don't give up the option of dressing up.

Peter manning is great! I'm also on the shorter end so their clothes that are more tailored for less-than-tall guys is perfect haha. Really liked the 1st outfit as well! Looks definitely a bit more dressed up but has a great summer vibe-perfect for going out at night. Great video man, keep grinding and keep the videos coming!

J. Crew is going nuts with sales and I recently bought a pair of cotton-linen pants that have a matching unstructured jacket that I didn’t buy I just don’t have a reason to wear suits but if that jacket goes on sale again I might bite.

Another benefit of unstructured jackets:
It's SOOOO much easier to put on a top layer like a coat if you need to.

The red jacket is a fantastic color, but the fit is off. The Dark blue is also a nice coat, that needs to be tailored a bit. That Mint DB is the best fitting and most flattering IMO
