I think the point is America includes more than the 50 States - Being born in Territories means you are an American National (and in 4of5 get an American citizenship automatically). Many will also include SOUTH and Central America as Americans logically. Where as USA is just the 50 states. (USVI is not part of the USA) and can run for president.

Ultimately Truman firing MacCarthur (whos brilliant bold strategies) dramatically turned the tide in Korea backfired on his political career. MacCarthur is today far more revered for good cause than the entirely mediocre Truman.

Just for context his rally in NC was in the Crown Complex. I live in Fayetteville, the Crown Complex is the place used for high school graduations and flower shows. He couldn't even get the Crown Coliseum, the place where comic book and anime conventions sell out. He couldn't even get the building that sells out Diseny on Ice and the Harlem Globetrotters. The Crown Complex sits in the parking lot of the Crown Coliseum. It's where my high school graduation was held and we had a bigger crowd than Trump had. That's how pathetic his rally was.

Actually listen to his entire statements and speeches. Listen to his rallies. Very clear where he stands on everything by and he does what he says.
