It's not a legal process, it's a political process. Impeachment is a tool of Congress, rather than the courts. Even if the House votes to impeach, the Senate would vote to acquit. It's still controlled by Moscow Mitch, and any vote will fall entirely along party lines.
But good news, the House did start formal impeachment proceedings today.
