    Hi Osvaldo, the best front lever form I have ever seen, truly walking on air.... I turned 65 3 weeks ago and will start training for this. I will start with part 1 first. I know it's extremely difficult especially with my age but I will give it try. You are my inspiration and the tutorial is very detailed and helpful. I may not ever get it but will keep trying...Thank You.

    I have stuck with Step#2 progression for a while- Advance tucked, This video really useful to move on.
    For me, the hardest progression is from advance to full front lever.

    So clear and logical progressions.
    I have been trying to FL for ages with no success but these exercises have motivated me to get back to it. I haven't done any dragon flags so that's an important inclusion to my training from now on.

    Very good tutorial! I would say between the single leg and full hold you can fit in another step, the straddle front lever.

    Damn step 2 is really hard!! im training for front lever 6 months already and im able to do the exercises in step 2 only in the first set.. 2nd and 3rd sets are very challenging...

      just bojan maybe this reply is too late but generally you just get stronger doing more reps and sets and longer holds on the exercises that got you to hold the position initially

      You have to get stronger not just doing statics but also dynamic exercise to have overall strength in all joint angle on your goals

      Adding weight and drop sets, so if you workout the frontlever, when you cant do it anymore drop to 3 sets of advanced front lever etc with short rests
