I was waiting for this for sooo long. Yesterday I was thinking when you upload new video. I kinda learned planche, i could hold full planche for 3 seconds. But then i had some injury, and i couldn't train for 1 month + it was christmas time, so i gained o lot of weight... Now, i'm back to training, i can hold straddle planche for 3 seconds and front lever for 10 secods, thank you o much for your tutorials, without them i wouldnt achieve this ( twice ).
@@EmFiGames it wasn't from planche or any other training. But i had a lot of pain in my forearms, it just had to take a rest for 2 weeks or so + jeff cavaliere ( athlean-x) had some video about forearm pain and how to get rid of it. Now you know how to solve this problem. Also dont overdo it, 3 times a week should be good.
@@EmFiGames I do a lot of Jeff excercises, and some sissy excercises + osvaldos tutorials. I feel great, only thing was my forearm, left one. It was because of lack of mobility in my legs, which caused a lot of preassure mainly on my left. Now it's all good. Only key to succeed is to never give up, it can take even 2 years of training, everybody is different. Even if you can't see any results, it's like normal. I call it bad day. I have a lots of them, but then, there are some good ones, last summer i held straddle planche for like 8 sec, then it was around 3-5. And then i moved to full.
Cool to see you're branching out and building your own thing. I'm still amazed at how strong you are without being big like Chris. I think you'd do well differentiating how your training differs without saying so directly. #vamanos
