Pretty sure that intercepting pirate fleet was to prevent you from delivering the supplies and wasn't related to your delivery mission on Suddene. Glad to see your bank account is in the black once again!!!

Turning the economic corner...at last. What a rough series. Thats what you get for being a nice guy this playthrough.
Lugging that Legion around doesnt sound like that great an idea. Its great for bringing out for a fight at home, but not on your supply/trading runs. Maybe a couple more tough fast cruisers instead???
Like I said in the beginning, I could see a merchant fleet using up to cruiser sized defenders in the convoys...with light carriers...but no BBs, BCs, or CVs.
Next series...a dedicated anti Pirate/anti Pather paladin. Scorched earth on Kanta and also LudPath. Make them tell their children stories about how BabaGrumpy will come for them if theyre bad.
20:17 It's good to know even Grumpy decides to tool around in larger fleets to deal with threats like these. I had to as well and it eats into supply and fuel. More expenses for the Merchant life.
I used to think the game determines its fleet size based upon the player fleet size but not anymore.
I think owning colonies is factored into the threat evaluation.

Are you itching to get into a combat focused run after trying the trade scene? I can understand it after all the pirate harassment in this series lol

This series has taught me a lot, it has always been fun, but never easy at any moment.
