Kudos to you!!! The 3 big ones I remember are: 1. You having the NERVE to walk away from your full time job!!! 2. The fence around your property... Looks absolutely AMAZING!! 3. Your solar setup!! Mind blowing. Good Job Evan!!
This is absolutely an incredible amount of projects you’ve accomplished this year ! It is amazing. I’ve learned so much from you two. Thank you so much!! I can’t wait for the next one
Happiest of New Years to you both. Thank you for sharing your lives with us all....love watching. Love, peace, prosperity and health to everyone in the coming year and more.
You got a lot done this year. You quitting your job has been the best decision you ever made, the quality of your videos has been amazing can’t wait to see what you get accomplished this year
WOW! Yes you did get a lot done this year! Along with achieving your goal of retiring and going full time UA-cam. What an amazing year! Congratulations!! Can't wait to see what you have planned for 2025.
An understatement is that a lot was achieved. What an outstanding year of achievement. The commitment of both of you in 2024 is to be admired and commended. Waiting in anticipation for 2025 videos to begin.
I remember watching the fence build but forgot all about the tree and brush cleanup that had to be done. The clean fence row look will be so nice for years to come.
Happy New Year Evan...I wish you and Rebecka all the best...Thanks for you content and your down to earth presentations...thank you both you have come a long way from when I first started watching when you had the rock put on your drive way.
I’m a 59 year old golf course greenskeeper. This year flew by at Mach 3. A lot happened this year, as is usual. And a lot happened for you and Rebecca in 2024. I hope that both of you have a Happy New Year. And many blessings in 2025. 🎉🥳🎊
Truly love what y'all have done this year with every project it crazy how much work y'all have done in 12 months just show what a power couple can over come when they work good as a team like y'all do can't wait to see what next year bring y'all
I love how you do not go into long explanations you just give sufficient to show what you did this year. Like you, I was astonished by just how much you did get done.
I'm impressed and so happy for you. So nice to see hard-working family build up a ranch like yours, very nurturing and calming to watch, thank you so much and God bless you from California
All the work and improvements you and Rebecca have made to the property has been amazing! The prior owner should come back and see the improvements, he'd be amazed!
6plus months into leaving your job of 20 years and I bet you wonder when you had time to work! Your land is reflective of the attention you pay to it! Thanks for the recap. Happy New Year!😊
You did get a lot of things accomplished this year. It has been a thrill to watch your channel. I enjoy variety channels I can learn and laugh and even shed an occasional tear from. Though mistakes can be laughed at they are still lessons to learn, for everyone. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you and your family. You and your wife bring so much to the channel.
WOW, you got A LOT done in 2024. Aren't you glad you quit that j-o-b and are working for yourself 😀I remember you talking about getting out of debt and having supplies already bought for several projects. GREAT job of planning ahead. May God bless you and Rebecca as you continue to develop your homestead.
Hi.... Merry Christmas and Happy New year Evan and Rebecca thanks you for showing your video homestead beautiful great good job 🎄⛄🏡🐔🐓🐣🐤🐥🦃🐑🐄🐖🐷🦮🐈⬛🎣🎏🐠🐟🦢🦆🐝🎥👋 bye 👋 bye 👋 bye 👋👍👍👍
It makes you realize how much you really got accomplished and how far you've come, getting things done. Looks like you had a good year, it went by fast ......................................
Another absolute-top agriculture channel is: FarmerTylerRanch. He's in Northern California, a beef cattle producer. Astounding, myriad skills combined with a work ethic as solid as Evan's and Pete's. These 3 channels are the best on UA-cam!
Evan, you and Rebecca have put so much work into your property this year! I appreciate all the time and effort you put into making these videos. I think I've watched them all! Growing up in central Illinois myself it takes me back to my younger days and believe me I know about trying to dig in that Illinois clay!! Keep doing what you're doing I love it!!
A lot of very positive progress this year and don't forget (how could you!) you are now at this full time! You need to keep setting your goals as you have in the past and then work on them. The progress on this farm in the last three years is huge! Nice work, you two!
no need to be harsh on yourselves as we look back... you and your sweet wife are doing just great... god bless you both and much love to you both too in 2025 and beyond... xxc
Amazing amount of work you had done this year. You two work your butts off. I had forgotten how much you had actually done as well and as you said, it wasn't everything, just a splash of things that you had accomplished this year. I have to say, I really enjoy watching your videos and must admit my favorite channel to watch. You are humble and honest with your work ethic. If you make mistakes, you show them and how you repair them. I remember the water line issue. "There's a water line that runs through here, but if I remember correctly, the post should clear the line". "The hole is filling up with water". LOL. I guess you didn't remember correctly that day. I would love to pop over there some day and help you with a project. I live probably about 5 hours away, so I would have to get a hotel instead of commuting back and forth if more than one day of work. Of course, I wouldn't want to be on camera, so there's that issue. Hahaha. I just love how nice you two are, how humble you two are, the work ethic, the love of the animals and the pride you take in your work to do things right. Not a lot of people take the time to do things the correct way these days. I also retired from my work and started doing my own business with driveways and doing projects for others. I kind of fit in where projects are too large for homeowners but too small for the large contractors because they want to make a ton of money on larger projects. It's a good fit for me. Anyway, that was a difficult decision for me to make as well so I know what you went through to take the plunge. Went from having a guaranteed paycheck to hoping things work out and you don't flop working at the farm. I would say you made the right choice. Take care, happy new year and can't wait for the next video. Much love for you guys, stay safe and healthy.
You 2 have done amazing work over the last year. Congratulations to both of y'all! Look at it in a way a man once told me. Any progress is better than no progress.
hello i am 64 yrs old live on our family farm with my wife i used to be able to work somewhat like you i have muscular dystrophy i worked in a factory for 20 yrs running a lift truck came home and farmed welded anything i could to earn money just can not work like that anymore so i really enjoy what you do i have done a lot of it myself just not near as good as you do keep it up great work i will keep watching you and your wife do really well
You have accomplished a lot on the farm this year. I think this is a better way of describing your yearly projects compared to last year on a chalk board. Good job and keep up the good work
Our farm is in a state forrest, Federal wildlife area. The biggest fire we can have is 6X6X6 from 6-midnight. I loved watching you torch that giant plie!
You and Rebekah sure did get a lot done this year. Enjoyable to watch all the past scenes from the animals to the fencing and everything in between. Thanks for all the videos, I hope you both have a Happy New Year!
Watching this episode certainly sums up how hard you have worked over the last year, how much skill you have deployed and how good the farm is looking. Your animals are very well cared for and the whole package is so informative and entertaining to watch. Thank you so much for spending copious amounts of time (which are not mentioned) to produce all of these episodes. You so deserve more subscribers. Happy New Year.
Amazing job you did. Could you do a video of how the property was when you bought it and how it is today. I think you and Rebecca worked verry hard. Greetings from belgium
Love all your vids but this year... I enjoyed watching you build fence with the professional the most. I live in the city so I am never gonna build a fence but I still like watching a craftsman at work. Keep up the good work!!
I am a bit older than you (58). I wish that I still had your drive and energy to be able to do so much. I have gotten to the point to where much past lunchtime I really can't do much more. My age combined with health issues force me to stop that early in the day. As usual, I very much thank you and appreciate your videos. I have learned so much and have been able to accomplish things that I never would have thought that I could do. I hope that you and your family had a very Merry Christmas and wish you all the best for a very Happy New Year.
Great gathering of video shorts. Looking forward to what you have planned and how it all goes this time around. Take care and enjoy the cool weather. jack

Gratz on a great year! Happy New Year! Next year the pond clean up and duckweed removal will be the key project. Every day scoop enough to fill up the boat. Once on shore haul it away to the burn pile!

After watching this video it's just amazing how much you've accomplished this year. I havent even cleaned my shop. Lol. Thank you both for sharing parts of your life with us all. It's that time of the year to Not remember the mistakes or just to have a good laugh at the learning experience . Hoping that Rebecca and you have a great and Happy New Year !
Thanks for sharing your lives with us. I've been with you for about 4 years now and hardly missed an episode. Happy new year from South Africa. Next year is going to be exciting for us all. God's blessings to you all. Keep it safe.
Hi there what amazing difference u have made on your farm its so much better than before I love watching the videos can't wait for 2025 to c what u r going to do next .x
What a year you had! I don't know how well you did on your project board but you had a pretty full and productive year. I would like to offer a suggestion for next year's crops. Don't bale or wrap your silage until it is dry and even chopped up so it won't spoil or go to waste like it did this year. They will, eat it dry and it won't create a gas problem with the cattle. This will store longer than the wet feed! Happy New Year to you and Rebecca!
Thanks for this reminder of what all you accomplished and for taking us along on the ride. I know leaving the comfort of your full-time job was difficult, and I pray that your life as a full-time UA-camr is working well for you. I enjoy seeing it and living vicariously through your projects and daily chores. My prayers for an even better 2025.

This video really does reflect on all the hard work and effort you have put into making your farm your dream home. Well done and thanks for sharing.
Most channels don't show those kinds of mistakes once but you've showed them twice now. You're as real as they come, Evan.
Happy New Year to all.
Happiest of New Years to you both. Thank you for sharing your lives with us all....love watching. Love, peace, prosperity and health to everyone in the coming year and more.
It's amazing what you've been able to accomplish by being able to work your farm full-time. I'm excited to see what you can do in the coming new year.
The cut from "it shouldn't catch on fire" to "it caught on fire" was hilarious, thanks for the year of entertainment and happy new years.
The work that goes into make a video like this deserves an applause 👏🏻

Great channel, lots of good content. You all should be proud of your accomplishments. Fence line looks great.
Happy New Year from Rotonda West Florida where it’s 83 degrees and sunny today. Thanks for the encouragement.
You guys definitely got a lot done. Thanks for sharing.
