    EJ, I always enjoy your character tutorials. Thanks for the valuable information as always. I absolutely love Adobe, Cinema 4d, and Realflow. I find myself spending countless hours in all this software every day learning new possibilities. I spend a lot of time learning, but not making hardly any money with it.

    • @eyedesyn

      I wouldn’t go that route as you don’t actually save that much time vs traditional rigging. You’d need to make vertex maps to limit each FFD so again that’s more like traditional weighting

    Thank you for creating this great plugin. This made my life a lot easier. I was just wondering if there any way to add more rig option with bendy limbs rig? Like if I have to rig fingers along with bendy limbs rig, is there any way to do that? If there is it would be great if you can make a tutorial for that as well :)

    • @eyedesyn
      @eyedesyn  5 років тому +1

      Fingers is really complicated and not feasible for this rig, but we will add preset hands and arms that are pre-rigged. It's best to go the traditional route for fingers because its so many bones in such a small area.

      If you rig the character using the Character Object, yes! But it can't add to prerigged characters unless you have the Mixamo Control rig in C4D R21

    Loving the rig and c motion.
    Is the c motion purely for walk cycles or can you keyframe the walk cycle to ease into a stop so the character could perform another action?

    • @eyedesyn

      It's purely for procedural walk cycles but you could bake it as a Motion Track and blend it into different poses from say Mixamo?

    hi i tried to use this rig to rig my 3d model, but whenever i rig my limbs, they kinda deform themselves, is that normal? sometimes the limbs are being stretched out.

    • @alexkieslingart
      @alexkieslingart 5 років тому +1

      I noticed that the the scale of the object really matters. Before you create the deformers, go into animate mode and adjust around the controllers so its proportional to your character.
      Also side note. If your hands and feet are not linked to the rig, just remember that before you press 'create deformers' make sure your not still in 'adjust' mode but instead 'animate' mode.
