Thanks for another great episode! Best wishes to Jacob. Sounds similar to what I went through almost 25 years ago. Benign tumor took out my pituitary after it was discovered due to vision issues. Successful surgery and remediation techniques, along with a few different medications - some still continuing today. I was in my early 30's when it was discovered, and I have led a successful life. I am hopeful Jacob can lead a long and healthy life, and keeps his love of sports cards!

Outstanding story and I really enjoy the time you take to basically learn more about the hobby collectors/sellers you meet. THANKS For what you do I hope it keeps going and going!!
As a collection buyer nothing haunts you more than the missed opportunities. As often as I travel for collections I go with the mindset I must buy it 😂 when I get there reality sets in and sometimes it’s the right collection but the numbers don’t mAke sense. When this happens I always pass the collection along to a few other buyers like myself so that the seller has a chance to sell his collection but more importantly to bring the true value of the collection into perspective for the seller to get multiple respectable offers and sometimes I win with a phone call back other times I don’t but bottom line you did the right thing by the seller by spreading the true hobby sprit of always giving. Hopefully 🙏 he’s able to continue on with his son and grow the business sometimes it’s more about life than money...and money can’t buy memories and growth he will have with his son because of the hobby. Love the collection that Royce has in his amazing garage too.. Also cameo from Mike Baseball Collector was fun to see.. Take care always..👍💕🔥⚾🤙
I can't stress enough how good your videos make me feel about the world of card collecting. The fellow with the huge garage and what he figured was about 4m cards put my 100,000 in perspective. I sometimes look at my stash and my head starts to hurt wondering where to start. The fellow in the first half shamed me into doing a better job of organization. Our success (whatever that means to each of us) is based on relationships and it is obvious that you are naturally inclined to creating them.
It’s a bummer that you weren’t able to get a deal done with Ben, but I’m still happy that maybe those cards can be passed to Jacob and he can continue the family business. Love these episodes so much. One thing that would be really cool for you to go over in a little more depth at some point is how exactly you are thinking about your offer price on the massive size lots. It's hard for me to think about how much it's all worth when there is just so much there. I feel like I'd need to be really sitting there with a notebook or laptop or something just crunching numbers trying to figure out an offer price. The idea I had was simply buy his ebay store; keep everything listed, and you now own two ebay stores. Greg Morris does this; one store is raw, one store is slabbed/graded cards. You can brand his store as raw singles, and your store can be higher end combo… just a thought…. Wondering your thoughts :)

This Chanel needs way more likes and followers awesome content
We'd agree completely! :-)
I have vintage from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and the value is dropping.I never thought this would happen where modern cards hold more value.I grew up in the 90s and that's when u could walk down the st and someone would have a table selling cards. The flea market was the card hub , all the collectors had their booth, almost like a card expo minus the smell of piss.Nice to see it coming back , hopefully it stays that way.
Ha! Good stuff Michael.
Absolutely the community is the hobby!!
Heck yeah!
Love the episodes just recently started watching..
side note please change the 85 Jordan picture it’s not that shoe at all lol
Good catch
You are a solid high character guy. Good things are in your future.. its a grind brother.
This and Bench Clear are the only sportscards content I care to watch anymore.
💯 agree!
Thank you for that.... you are one of our most diligent supporters. Really appreciate it Sean.
No problem
It's good to see another collector with the same name, but my collection is very miniscule compared to his.
Haha!
There's enough space and love for both but when it comes to when you sell get the right sellers
For sure!
The idea I had was simply buy his ebay store; keep everything listed, and you now own two ebay stores. Greg Morris does this; one store is raw, one store is slabbed/graded cards. You can brand his store as raw singles, and your store can be higher end combo… just a thought…. Wondering your thoughts :)
eBay doesn't allow transferring of stores. Kind of frustrating, but a hard rule for them.
Why is this show not on History Channel yet? This would be a great show, similar to Pickers. Keep up the great work.
love 53 mick, think it's his number 1 card.
I love it as well...do you own one?
Wow Royce should consider a safe deposit box at the bank with some of the cards he has! Super impressive!
Royce - gonna need ya to run a workshop called "Hi, Honey, It's Just My Hobby" for the rest of us husbands who have stacks building in our homes. K, thx.
Haha!
Can't trust a Wank Mes fan
