Hey buddy, the question 2B or not 2B is does the little fish voice I mean the man behind the fish I have a brain that’s the question lol just kidding buddy you keep producing them. Keep filming them and keep watching them. Take care. Good luck the next time you go. By the way, I love that damn little fish. It’s cool. No, I mean.,,,,,,,,,,,,, You know what I mean
Your accent is part of why I watched the first video I found of yours. The fact you really know what you’re doing and have a sense of humor is why I subscribed and watch every one I think sounds interesting. Keep doing what you do!
Your great to me , & I don’t see nothing wrong with a UA-cam channel about fishing that saves you money on fishing , hell that’s why I like this channel , everybody wants to save money right .
I am from the Pacific Northwest and I actually enjoy the accent. It seems friendly and honest. I could handle a little faster delivery, but annoying isn’t even on my radar. Forget the haters. Thanks for thinking outside the box. I love ideas and there are very few creative thinkers. Subscribed.
I have absolutely no desire to fish. But damn bud your funny as all hell, and me and the wife never miss an episode. Please dont change! Cheers from N.Y.
Mate you are hilarious. Love your content and have recommended you to all my sons. Sure you talk funny but I’m Australian and talk funny to you. That’s what makes the world interesting. Folks are folks and you’re great. Keep doing what you’re doing.
I cast my sinkers utilizing spent brass ammo casings. They look cool , stack easily into the tackle box compartments and do not snag up as much compared to teardrop-shaped sinkers. I'd insert a stainless steel wire form all the way to the bottom with an eyelet protruding and fill up the casing with molten lead, cutting off the excess lead overflow after cooling. I use rifle casings cal. .308 and cal. 30-06 for stillwater fishing in lakes and ponds(approx. 35 and 45 grams respectively) and pistol casings like 9mm , .38 or .357 mag for smaller sinkers or for dropshot fishing. On these cylindrical pistol casings I'd bend the rim slightly inward prior to casting in order to prevent the lead plug to slide out of the casing. Heavier disc sinkers for river currents I'd cast into the aluminum casings of tea warmer candles. I'd pull out the wax(or use a burnt up one and scrape off all wax remainders)and poke a U-shape wire form through the outer wall, bending a small radius to either end at the inside. A wooden laundry peg and/or some aluminum tape holds the wire form in place whilst pouring in molten lead on a plane , heat-resistant surface. One can fill up the candle casings to 1/3 , 1/2 or full to the brim to get different weights. Tight lines from northern Germany
Your accent is no different than mine, so I find nothing wrong with it. I find your humor just right and I like that your content is PG, and your editing is great, and the content is not overly long or boring. you have a very nice setup shop, tools, skill set and buddies with info and gear and you really explain and make it easy to understand on your how-To's.
The reason the ones with the swivels messed up is because the swivels will actually float on molten lead. You could try using something like a paper clip to keep the swivel under the molten lead until it sets.
I love your southern style. I think you are super awesome dude fun intelligent handsome, hello mrs Keith. I hope he is awsome like he is on his show. Hugs your super fan.
No, your accent isn't annoying, I hear it every day (well, when I go to town anyway). I have lived in Eastern NC around about 40 years. So it is natural to me.
Another great video, and the vernacular is just right for this channel. I've been learning so much. I finally picked up some wine corks from Olive Garden for my bobber projects. Keep the hacks coming.
I must say you are a cartoon. And I mean that in a respectful way. that is why we all love how you entertain us to make us come back for more. Your accent is you and we all accept that so dont change a thing. Keep them coming were hear to support you. The Geez
If you use clear packing tape on the inside of the mold the wood mold will pull off better, but your way does work. I made a mold for a 1/4" X 7" long in a block of wood split in half and I use a clamp so i can pour melted lead into it. I get wheel weights pretty regularly. Great job
If your voice was getting on my nerves I don't think I would have seen about 75 to 100 of your videos, witch were good as hell. They are very good . KEEP THEM COMING.
This guy is the most entertaining sob I can think of. Not afraid to try and make things for our benefit. I appreciate it. Even though I have occasionally sped up the replay….. hahaha
DON'T DELETE THIS. I, R. Downer Love, and can't wait to watch your videos. plus, I love using your DAD jokes with the fish. keep them coming. I use that same lead pot for bullet reloading. and I also use it for a fishing weight mold I bought, to pour and make my own fishing weights. Thank you for your time and videos 😀😀😀😀😀🤣🤣😋
From an Australian point of view your accent's somewhere between comical and "oh my god"... but I love the fact that, appearances to the contrary, you're actually very intelligent and inventive... and I really enjoy your sense of humour. Watching your vids I'm both amused and I learn stuff... "fishin n stuff" to be precise. (And yes I know, you probably think I have an odd accent too. That's fine.)
Screw-in eyelets for the ends. The round eyelet will let you attach the swivel. The treaded end will stick into the lead. You can get the screw-in eyelets small, for picture frames ect.
As for the comment, you know, if people don't like your show. They don't need to be watching. Because I think it's great, fantastic, funny. Silly and all we above out there. I get a lot of hit a lot of I audios and things that I wanna do too. Hope your ideals. And all the people that come in ideals.
If you heat the swivels before you install them in the mold, this will help. I make some of the same style of sinker and that is what I had to do. Hope this helps 😊
Ain't nothin wrong with the way you talk. Hell, that's 50% of the reason why I watch your videos. The other half is the project itself. Keep on keeping on.
I make sinker rods from 3/16” brass round stock. Cut to the desired length, drill a small hole in the end and thread a key ring onto it. Attach the swivel and tie on the fishing filament line normally. Brass is better than lead and safe for the environment! Honestly by the time of buying all that equipment he’s shown, my way is so much cheaper.
So brass is cheaper than lead 🤔 you can melt lead with a camp fire . You can't drill brass one though . To each his own but your drill cost as much as a lead pot lol and your brass is 6 times as much . But it is better for the environment I guess
@@FishinNStuff Yes I can drill brass and I do. Brazing rods bought in bulk are cheap and the overall costs of my way is still cheaper than yours. I’m just saying there’s other options than using lead. I do what I do!
Dint the title say simplest ? That was anything but simple. Up here we used surgical tubing instead of shrink tube. Your accent is wonderful. Ta DAY is what hooked me. I enjoy your company. I will say I rarely understand what the talking fishing lure is saying. But that could be my hearing. Or lack of it. I look forward to your videos just like Bass blaster. I hope you and your are safe and healthy. Hope you keep doing videos. I'll be watching them. Sorry I can't do more for you but things are little tough right now.
Watching you make sinkers reminded me when I was a little boy watching my dad make em. But, he made his with a spoon. Not sure what size cause I was a little boy and everything looked big to a kid. Ok, getting to the point. After the lead was melted on the stove he use a “big” spoon to dip the lead out and hold it for a few seconds to harden and he had a spoon weight. Don’t remember how the hole was made but heck that was 65 years ago. Maybe a nail or an egg beater drill and bit.
Nice video, and I even liked the bad jokes that Cranky contributed...! Now I don't feel bad at all telling my grimace-makers! God bless ALL of us! WWG1WGA
Talkin' funny is relative. East Texas folks, Louisiana folks, people from the North ect...talkin' funny is defiantly subjective. Anyway, great video. Oh, and holy crap that lead pot is something special.
If when you make your mold utilizing the quarter inch wood down you could use ground either one will work but put notches in it like you would on top of a knife and the shrink tubing will bond to it even better. Making it impossible for it to pull off. Just food for thought thank you jim.

What accent?
Your accent makes you sound relatable and trustworthy. Don’t change a thing buddy.
I had no idea silicone would stand up to molten lead. Wow. Thanks. Great idea
Yeah silicone is some tough stuff lol . That's why they use it in cooking , like for pan handles and such
I made myself a ton of sinkers 35 years ago using paperclips as the eyes. Still have a few in my arsenal! Cheap as can be.
I'm from South Carolina so I didn't even know you had an accent. I could watch a new video 3 or 4 times a week
Your great to me , & I don’t see nothing wrong with a UA-cam channel about fishing that saves you money on fishing , hell that’s why I like this channel , everybody wants to save money right .
I know I do lol . A penny saved is a penny earned right
@@FishinNStuff yup
Love the channel. People call is country people backwards but we're very innovative. You do us all proud. Keep up the great work brother

No sinkiing feeling from this video...and Cranky was crankin' today. Thanks for ideas and entertainment.
I have absolutely no desire to fish. But damn bud your funny as all hell, and me and the wife never miss an episode. Please dont change! Cheers from N.Y.
Thank you very much and please thank your wife for me . You guys stay safe
Nothing wrong with how you talk . We enjoy this channel
Good DIY How -To ... We all want to know things too .... Gotta love Cranky .... deserves his own show .... Oscar Quality ..

Thank you very much mate , I love Australian accents . My favorite movie growing up was crocodile Dundee lol

Thank you very much . I do my best . And I too really dislike boring videos. So I try to make them as watchable as possible
We used those up in the PNW . Lead pliers have a post to poke a hole. Easy to use, no lead pot needed.
You can change the weight depending on the water flow or situation.
The reason the ones with the swivels messed up is because the swivels will actually float on molten lead. You could try using something like a paper clip to keep the swivel under the molten lead until it sets.
Another great video! Your lure buddy was a hoot! 😂 Appreciate what you do, thanks!
I love your accent and I always watch your videos. You have a great dose of humor!
Not just informative but entertaining also. Very funny, thank you. Keep the, coming!

I made a mold for 3oz flat sinkers out of an altoids tin and Bondo body putty. Works very well.
Mornin, thanks for the great ideas
Thank you for watching it
If you heat the swivels before you install them in the mold, this will help. I make some of the same style of sinker and that is what I had to do. Hope this helps 😊

I love your Hacks, used a lot of them 👍
