Larry, you're pulling great at the table for someone who hasn't trained armwrestling in weeks and doing almost exclusively bodybuilding training, especially after just slamming biceps! And Jeff has never been a slouch, having always given you good fights through the years. Random question, but does anyone know what happened with Khaled? I can hammer curl 35lbs and moving up to 40lbs without looking crazy. 30lbs is starting to feel light to me. As a female you would never tell though. I’ve always been pretty strong. No steroids or what people use. All natural. Maybe I should start recording myself.
