Chris one of the most important things to bond is human touch it’s where all the magic happens…..when I watched my son being born I couldn’t feel anything & I couldn’t understand what was wrong with me and as the nurse put him in the incubator I walked over to see him and check it he was okay and he reached up and grabbed my finger and every feeling I’ve ever had ran through me almost like someone showing you your entire life in just one moment….as humans we need human touch and that’s our way of understanding things..congratulations brother you’re going to be a wonderful father and a even better friend

Congratulations on becoming an official dad! As far as pull- ups, there is something about the body mechanics that doesn't translate over to cable pull downs. I lose a lot of pull-up ability if I don't do them, regardless of how strong I am on pull-downs. Congrats again Champ!
Wasn't it incredible? Being there for the birth of your child! God only blessed us with one child, but I was there watching the birthing of our son...a miracle. Our son is 27 turning 28 in August...I've enjoyed every day with him in my life.

This is pretty inspirational, never watched Chris workout before but he seems like a pretty normal down to earth guy. Knowing that I can do so many pullups compared to such a huge guy makes me feel pretty good too.. although he's like 100lbs more than me so they are probably way hard for somebody that size. Congratulations on your baby Chris and you're looking great with the beard, I like it better than the mustache 👍
