I wish I could eat the candy while it is strechy
You can make them at home. All you need is sugar, lemon, and water. Lemon is so that it doesn't crystalize while you're melting the sugar.
I guess you like a burned mouth then.
Then eat strechy candy
It will be edible sugar slime

Wow. I’m so impressed with the skill level of these guys. I will have a lot more respect for the work that goes in to candy rather than just eat it without another thought.
When they showed the little grapes it blew my mind xD
Minicule X me too
You should look up Lofty Pursuits on UA-cam. It's a candy shop in Florida that does this type of candy too.

I really appreciate that this video just lets us hear the sounds in the room rather than the usual mind numbingly annoying music that usually plays in the background of so many of these types of videos. Thank you! These guys really work well together, very cool process.

this is pure ASMR heaven for all of my 5 senses...
We always called that Cut Rock candy ! Always had it at Christmas. I knew as soon as i saw the colors they made it was gonna be grape cut rock !! Love how you outlined the light purple with the dark purple to give the grapes definition.
Nice work !!
I literally want to be friends with the person who did the captions! 😆

The way they work together is amazing. Very cool indeed. 🍇🍇🍇
Wonderful to see that the Candy Craft/Art has not been lost, at least in Singapore. Doing things by hand, and with pride, is always preferable to machine mass produced.
I miss this here in America. Traditional ways of doing things have been lost and largely forgotten. Sad. Sometimes we lose so much with 'modernization'.
The Craftsmen/Artists at Sticky Singapore are amazing!
Thank you for this video!
Aye
Even dough I agree it’s still more efficient and cost less using machine. So they just gotta keep it that way
Check out Lofty Pursuits
Lofty Pursuits, aka Public Displays of Confection, has a great channel out of Tallahassee making image candy like this. Also check out Hercules Candy's channel. Many of their chocolates are still made (by hand) by the grandson of the man who started the business. I think you might be surprised how many of these old crafts survive (although barely). I am very grateful that youtube provides a venue where they can be shared and celebrated.
They still make it this way in Blackpool England and even let the public watch as well. There are also big factories that make it with machines.
I worked at a candy company for about a year during the early 70s. After watching this video it seems like only yesterday.
60 years ago it was top secret how they put the designs and words into the candy Now they are teaching us how to do it.thumbs up.
It’s so nice to see people put their all into their work. This is becoming more rare everyday. Loved this video guys. Great job and so clean. Love love loved this. 🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬
Holy cow, that was cool! That's the most satisfying UA-cam video I've seen in quite a while. The little grapes were super cool at the end. You always think of big machines doing all the work, so it was really impressive to know that there are still "real" candy-makers out there. Great job! :)

OMG I love this candy, there's also different kinds of flavors to😁
I love the shiny and crunchy texture.

I went to one of these before. Got suited up and everything and tried making candy. Hell to the no, it's not easy. When they pour the sugar, you're uncomfortably hot so I handed that over to the candy man, then when we stretched the candy, you could still feel some heat through the gloves, so I handed that over to him too, then on the larger peices, we used the hook, but I was so weak af, I handed that over to him too. Rolling it, shaping it, twisting it, and pulling it was even difficult for me. Hell, I couldn't even cut it right after we were done. I failed so miserably that I never wanted to go back lol
