@@Rin-ze2fr Probably they're just the hater I guessed, and they always put negative comments on the Thailand sections while unnecessary and many times always not true and most of them sounds like never came here before, I saw them many times and never understand them until I read on the Thailand famous community page and now I know that they're just the haters my friend because 99% of youtubers who did contents about Thailand had the same problems about these haters who always gave the wrong information to the people and it's really funny that most of these people like 99.99% of them always came from our neighbor countries around Thailand like they mentioned in the website page and it's more funny that many people found out that some of them even tried to made their profile looks like westerner, and many of them even used a scambot. It's so sad yes but it's true after I found a lot of information on internet. This is the first time I've seen freshly cooked patties for hamburgers. Typical fast food restaurants usually make a hamburger from meat that has already been prepared. The ones in the video are probably pork mixed with egg yolk. Yes, you're right. They tried to make it like Doreyaki but it's turned out to be very different but very unique and good taste even many Japanese people who came here are really craving to eat it again when they went back to Japan and some Japanese people tried to make it at home. Let me give you the context of the market the owl market main target were teen, middle and working class (not so many tourists here due to it a bit off from BKK center) So some of the ingredients in some stores might be adjust to reduce the cost of the food ex. Liquid burger patty - it was usually made of some beef mix with other fillers such as chicken, pork and eggs. (but some shop also like normal to me like the crepe, the tokyo, pork braised etc) There are some repeating questions in the comments about pork floss. pork floss is a dried meat product that originates in China. it's created by cooking pork shoulder in soy sauce and sugar, and then shredding it until it takes on a fine texture. Eating it feel like coarse cotton candy with savory sweet flavor. Ps. Cannot believe danacing bacon filming at this market that 5 mins from my house OMG 😁

We have something similar to the liquid burger here in the US. Here, our version of that is called a "milk burger" or a "cream burger". It is more of a budget food to help during hard times.
Milk or cream burgers go hand and hand with foods in the US like dried beef gravy (also called "S.O.S." or "shit on a shingle"). Emmy Made in Japan has a video of burgers kind of like these (but I've never seen them quite like her's).
@@darlalove It might be more of a thing in the rural parts of the country. Shit on a shingle can be quite good if you use decent corned beef. My parent's neighbor loves the stuff.
They add a lot of protein, it's not just empty calories. I especially liked the little rice and tapioca dumplings that were colored with natural ingredients. I always wonder how they get those colors, it's great that at least some vendors are using natural ingredients like jasmine, etc.
The 5 patty cheese burger although was a creation of beauty its a heart attack in a bun (lol), what is paddlepop ice cream? Take out the green and i would eat the Kao Moo Ka. Total respect to all these street food vendors, the way they make/create there items is magnificent. Especially the Giant Khanom Tokyo.
