Guys on day 1 of New car week we are starting off with a HUGE project for 2023, this is a 2011 Ford F550 Party Bus Equipped with a 6.7l Powerstroke Turbo diesel and I'm going to convert to a Tow Rig / Track Rv

I said the same thing yesterday the journey after the build fine tuning and seeing it be enjoyed to the fullest is more enjoyable than the build itself..
especially w/ this kind of build because he can use this for any event he travels to.

More work than it's worth, your too distracted with random projects. You could of gotten a early 2000s class c gasser rv and swapped in a powerstroke
Should use the red trucks cab and four wheel drive components. Make a four door camper.
Tons of potential with this one! Would love to see this one completed.

This is the dream. Buy a bunch of misfit vehicles that most would give up on and make them awesome again.
Build it back as a party bus Trevor. You could sell it all day long here in Nashville for lower Broadway tours and make a killing!
Hell I'd be up for helping for a few weeks and have some ideas for you. I build and maintain recording studios here and used to work in the auto industry.

Though I wonder where Sean is hopefully he is just on a much deserved and needed vacation and will be back to get some projects done instead of just showing them to us but who knows it has been addressed just like when it's been asked.
After all it is not our life so he can do what he wants with his channel. Sean just made some great content
I think i speak for everyone when i say, we dont care what you build, we know you're capable of building/rebuilding anything. All we want is for you to start something, do a full build series on it, finish it and use it. B is for Build does exactly that and his quality is terrible but he has double the subscribers and veiws because he starts 1 thing and sees it thru till the end.
Kinda like the Boosted Boyz as well. They often plan ahead and get deals when they can but they keep it in the background so it won't distract from the build they're currently doing.
This 3 into 2 truck build is gonna be interesting. Definitely want to see the party rv hit the road.
You guys should be able to blast that out no problem! Would be cool to see more fix and flip content in my opinion!

I see your vision, and I definitely respect your ambition with that one. Since that is a whole helluva lotta work. Profit would ultimately determine if Id be willing to jump into something so far gone. If anyone can, & is willing, it would be you brother. Im here for it regardless which way you decide to go. Cant wait to see what you do with it though.

My buddy bought an 06 power stroke 6.0 with 60k miles Immaculate in and out for $2500. Owner thought it had a blown motor ended up being a crank pos sensor. Sold for $22k 😂. These are the type of flips that we would all love to have.
Getting a class A diesel pusher is SO much cheaper and more usable. Especially for towing and overall space
I drove GM chassis from the assembly line to the truck/bus shop. Just a motor frame wheels and a box to sit on. You might be able to separate the burnt body and just put the 4 wheel drive body on the chassis. On the older models the frame was in a couple of pieces so you can just put the back half on the front section. It will be interesting to watch. Know a good cabinetmaker?

You won't have a slide out though. Really makes a difference on those class C chassis RV's. Buy a wrecked Thor Class C or something might be easier.
If he buys a 5th wheel with a pop out then he’ll for sure make it work on the truck

I’d try to find a 26 ft retired u haul or Penske truck and convert the box to a camper. I understand it was cheap but you’d probably be a lot better in the long run off starting off with a blank slate like a box truck instead of rebuilding the truck then tearing everything out of the party bus then building it back.

I would just cut the frame behind the cab somewhere on both and put one back together. But your in for a ton of headaches with the wiring. Nothing probably works electrical on the party bus. Your going to have to strip the interior and wiring and start from scratch. Good luck. I think your in for a ride.

I think you'll want to loose some of those windows, they're pretty heavy and will be a source of heat loss if you're somewhere cold.
You may also need to add some insulation to the walls as I doubt the limo had much concern for overnight temperature control. (even w/ a heater "you don't want to be heating the outdoors") what if you found an airstream that's the right size and just slapped it on there?

Since you have already have the donor parts, you should convert it to four wheel drive and do super singles on it. Looking forward to following this build.
Will never work it’s a narrower weaker front axle. The f450 550 is a completely different axle with way more payload

@@MotionAutoTv it likely is a different ratio aswell I’m building a 16 ram 5500 with supersingles to haul my race car on the 12’ bed. my truck has 4.88s but between wheels and tires your pretty much right at $10k for supersingles. I’m doing a fiberglass prerunner front clip on mine to avoid the ugly flares buckstop offers. The Ford 550 front axles are both easier to find and cheaper than the magna steyr ram front axles.

Wiring will be your biggest challenge I think. All the lighting, the stereo, tv and all the amenities. Hopefully there is a distribution block somewhere that didn’t get touched by the fire and all you have to do is replace the wiring to it. Like a main power and ground lol.
Oh all that stuff was right above the cab and seemed to get the mostly destroyed
I am here for it👍 . I see the potential and what can come from it . Rv equals more track videos, travel, content, and most important family time/trips.
The front axle swap wouldn't necessarily work. You need a dana "super 60" (f450 and up front axle) they're like 13" wider than the standard superduty dana 60, they're way beefier, and most importantly the turning radius is way better (which you need with how long that thing is) they're kinda hard to find though and expensive. Best bet would be to swap in the transfer case and wiring, leave the 2wd front axle for now, and keep an eye out for a super 60 or a wrecked/junkyard f450/550/650

Looks like its a Tiffany coach. I got one at work 2011 as well with interior out of it right now, not burnt, black exterior, 50k miles and only $50k!
Remember it's a cab and chassis and they are different. Smaller turbo

What I think would be optimal is if you had a day dedicated to something different.
Ie. Monday- Mustang Day
Tuesday- Nissan Day
Wednesday- Toyota Day
Thursday- Honda Day
Friday-Diesel Day
and then you could have the Weekend off for the family whilst having a ton of content to upload.
Why not just take the back section from the burnt party bus and transplant it on the white truck it'll be faster than swapping and building motors obviously the white one run and drive the bed is off allready it s four wheel drive already so no need in converting the chassis and if it really a big difference in frames just back half the white one like Frankenstein it together
