@@kr-dl9yu i actually dont even think so to be honest, the drama is so fake (season 4 is really bad) that it devalues the show because of the porn level acting, a show where they actually judge the food instead of the predictable 1-1 split where the 3rd one decides literally EVERY TIME could be interesting as well

I liked that he gave Christine the fresh crab. He wasn’t infantilizing or pitying her. She’s tough competition so he’s gonna treat her like tough competition
Yeah but the problem is he didn't base his decision on her skill, he based it on an unfair weakness. A fine choice considering it's a competition, but there isn't a single thing about it that can be morally justified.
@@ryatt9365 I can't fully agree on your comment. Giving Christine live crab is just the reality of the situation and I don't see how it's morally unjust. Christine signed up to be on MasterChef and thus she will be treated like every other contestant. It just goes to show how strong of a person Christine is.
